| Enterprise J is a radio and television cultural enterprise,mainly engaged in the construction and operation of radio and television networks.With the rise of intelligent integration projects in recent years,J Enterprise has gradually expanded into the field of intelligent integration business by using its network resources throughout the province and combining its own advantages,and its total business revenue has been steadily increasing year by year.A good start is half of the success,and the procurement bidding of integration projects,as the beginning of project construction,is the most important thing that the project can be completed.Therefore,how to effectively manage the procurement and bidding of integration projects has become a key concern for Enterprise J.In this thesis,we firstly introduce the company profile,the current situation of procurement bidding management of integration projects and the current situation of supplier management,and then summarize the current problems in the company through questionnaire survey:long procurement cycle.low level of procurement personnel,unreasonable bidding evaluation method,and lack of supplier management.The procurement bidding of X integrated project is a typical example of the procurement bidding problem of J enterprise integrated project.In this thesis,we discuss the problems in the procurement bidding process of X integration project,analyze and find solutions,and finally propose practical suggestions for improvement:(1)improve the procurement bidding approval process and bidding efficiency by simplifying the approval process,electronic approval process,and compiling bidding work management methods.(2)Improve the quantity and quality of the procurement team by accumulating procurement talents,establishing a reasonable assessment system,and strengthening staff training.(3)Optimize the selection of evaluation methods for integrated projects by determining the scoring method through the Delphi method.(4)Optimize the supplier management of integration projects by optimizing the performance assessment management of integration suppliers and establishing the supplier incentive mechanism.It is expected that the research results of this thesis can play a certain guiding role for the procurement bidding management of integrated projects in J enterprises,and it is also hoped that it can be a reference for the peers. |
