| With the rapid development of the electronic manufacturing industry.Surface Mount Technology(SMT)has become a crucial part of electronic and component production. However due to factors such as small electronic product size and high component density, the SMT process is complex and product quality is often difficult to guarantee. Therefore, how to manage and optimize SMT quality has become a widely discussed topic in the industry. The purpose of this study is to explore the improvement of Statistical Process Control(SPC)in the quality management of the SMT production process in Company W,and to enhance the quality management capability of SMT production through case analysis and optimization improvement methods, thereby providing a useful reference for the electronics manufacturing industry. This paper first introduces the concept of SMT manufacturing, and based on the relevant theories of SPC and quality management,it focuses on elaborating on the role of SPC in the quality management of the SMT production process.Subsequently, based on actual cases, this paper analyzes in depth the current SPC application situation in quality management of the SMT process and reveals four major problems, including slow data collection, lagging management and control, unclear responsibilities, and insufficient attention. Finally, this article proposes optimization and improvement strategies for applying SPC to quality management of the SMT production process and formulates corresponding organizational, financial, and cultural safeguard measures to ensure that the SPC quality management improvement work is implemented effectively.Through this dissertation study, that SPC has significant application value in SMT quality management, which can effectively improve the quality management level of Company W’s product production process and reduce dependence on manual and post-inspection.Therefore,in the future electronic manufacturing industry, the application strategy of SPC in quality management of the SMT production process and optimization measures proposed in this study have important reference value. |
