Research On Sustainable Business Model Innovation Of Communication Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of communication technology,the development of the communication equipment manufacturing industry has become significant.Enterprises in the industry are innovating their business models to improve operational efficiency and enhance profitability.The concept of sustainable development that is resource-saving and environmentally friendly is highly valued by the whole society.Therefore,enterprises are starting to consider sustainability when innovating their business models.Instead of focusing solely on economic value,they are beginning to focus on social responsibility and environmental awareness.Communication equipment manufacturing enterprises strive to achieve sustainable business model innovation through economic,social,and environmental efforts.The Chinese information and communication industry has experienced rapid development in the past decade.Seizing the opportunities of globalization,accelerating the integration into the international industrial division of labor system,and forming modern information and communication services represented by telecommunications.This article takes communication equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object and system dynamics as the research method,focusing on sustainable business model innovation.Firstly,this article collects and organizes the current research status of business models and sustainable business model innovation theories both domestically and internationally.Then,based on relevant theoretical foundations in literature and the current development status of communication equipment manufacturing industry,the mechanism and elements of sustainable business model innovation in communication equipment manufacturing enterprises are proposed.Then,by using the method of system dynamics and combining existing research,a model is constructed,and a causal relationship diagram,a system flow diagram,and a causal relationship diagram are drawn Internal equations are used to collect indicator data from Huawei to validate the effectiveness of the model.Finally,sensitivity analysis is conducted on this basis to identify key factors for sustainable business model innovation in communication equipment manufacturing enterprises.Through the testing of some indicators in system dynamics,research has found that marketing ability,research and development ability,and service support ability are the key factors for communication equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve sustainable business model innovation.This article provides a dynamic system perspective and unique method for the theoretical research of sustainable business model innovation in communication equipment manufacturing enterprises through the method of system dynamics,enriches the research content,clarifies the key links of sustainable business model innovation,and provides reference and reference significance for more communication equipment manufacturing enterprises,promoting the progress and development of enterprises.
