| Financial institutions are springing up in the 21st century.The arrival of intelligent banks is the result of the times.Traditional banks face many inherent problems in the process of transformation.In the era of big data,how to optimize the existing business processes,solve the problem of waiting time for business processing,and make the customer experience better,so as to hold more customers is an important issue in front of us.Taking Beijing Branch of state-owned bank a as an example,aiming at the problems existing in the current front and back office separation business model of its cos-t cloud production platform,this paper uses the theory of division of labor and process reengineering to optimize the cos-t cloud production platform.Firstly,this paper introduces the operation status of the cos-t cloud production platform of bank a Beijing Branch,and then finds that the cos-t cloud production platform has the problems of background misjudgment,physical condition limitation,time limitation and different evaluation standards through field observation and interview,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,in view of the above shortcomings,combined with the current situation of enterprises,based on the theory of division of labor and process reengineering,the optimization scheme of cos-t cloud production platform is given.Specifically,it includes:establishing anonymous communication channels and re audit mechanism to reduce the problem of misjudgment in the background;Update the machine and equipment and establish the information modification transaction after scanning to solve the problem of physical conditions;Establish a database for the characteristic business and form a machine audit for the basic business to break the inherent time limit;Establish audit checklist and knowledge base to unify evaluation criteria.Finally,it gives the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of cos-t cloud production platform of bank a Beijing branch from the aspects of management system,human resources and technological innovation,and predicts the implementation effect of the optimization scheme.The research conclusions of this paper not only contribute to the comprehensive transformation of bank a Beijing branch from manual bookkeeping to intelligent bank,improve the business processing efficiency of bank a Beijing Branch and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness,but also have important reference and reference significance for the transformation of domestic banking industry to intelligent and unmanned. |
