During the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games,customs clearance business is a key support business to ensure the efficient customs clearance of materials required by foreign stakeholders for various events in accordance with the law,and the smoothness of its business process directly affects the overall efficiency of the Winter Olympic logistics activities.Therefore,the process optimization and digital construction of the Winter Olympics customs clearance business is particularly important.As the first customs clearance service platform for Winter Olympics materials,the Winter Olympics paperless customs clearance system has realized the online processing of documents and certificates,and improved the efficiency of customs clearance for Winter Olympics materials.However,the system still has some shortcomings,such as cumbersome business process expansion,system secondary development is difficult,cannot fully respond to new needs in a timely manner,and with other systems within the customs interaction is limited,easy to form application silos.To address the shortcomings in process design and system selection in the Winter Olympics customs clearance scenario,this thesis models and optimizes the Winter Olympics customs clearance business process and designs and implements a microservices-based Winter Olympics customs clearance business process orchestration system.This thesis uses BPMN to model the Winter Olympics customs clearance business process to improve the business process scalability,and proposes a standardized modeling method based on three levels of strategy,operation and technology in the modeling process,taking into account business expression and technology implementation.The method effectively improves the modeling efficiency and provides a basis for the creation of business processes in the system of this thesis.The system is designed based on microservice architecture,which has the characteristics of loose coupling and high cohesion and can realize cross-domain integration among different system services.The key design of the system includes:1)realizing the management of the whole life cycle of business processes through the business process management module;2)proposing a hybrid service collaboration mechanism with decentralization and visibility in the service core scheduling module,and designing the scheduling engine based on the Conductor framework to realize the collaborative flow between microservices and improve the service scheduling algorithm through topological sorting.3)In the service quality assurance module,the corresponding alarm mechanism and persistence management are established by means of log monitoring to guarantee the system service quality.This thesis first introduces the practical significance and technical background of the Winter Olympics customs clearance business process orchestration system,and analyzes,models and optimizes the Winter Olympics customs clearance business process.Then the requirements analysis and overall design of the system are carried out,and the system is split into three sub-modules for detailed design and implementation introduction.Finally,the system is compared with other systems to prove that the system is more adaptable to the actual needs in the Winter Olympics customs clearance work and in line with the technical development trend of the customs system.
