In recent years,the software industry in China has developed rapidly and its role in the national economy has become prominent.The development team is the core production unit in the software industry and the key creator of industrial value,and its importance is self-evident.However,there are issues such as unsmooth management and severe rework in the development team,and progress management issues represented by delayed project delivery have formed a clear contradiction with the important role of the development team.Being able to solve this problem effectively has an obvious effect on improving the competitiveness of enterprises and even the efficiency of the entire industry.This study starts from the aspect of schedule management,based on a specific development team,and analyzes the causes of project delays,identifying key factors that affect project progress,and attempting to address schedule management issues through adjustments to the research and development control process.The core viewpoint of this study is that the R&D control process is the main influencing factor of project progress.Unreasonable R&D control processes can lead to issues such as unsmooth management,low development team efficiency,and project rework,ultimately leading to delayed project delivery.Through the collection and analysis of project activity data,the study identified that unreasonable R&D control processes can increase project rework,and the rework rate provides an objective data basis for solving project problems;Through theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the unreasonable R&D control process is an important factor affecting team efficiency;Identify through interviews that the unreasonable R&D control process is an important reason for poor software project management;At the same time,a preliminary solution was proposed based on specific development team practices and literature search methods-the "iterative three review one AB team" solution.The potential innovation of this study is to determine the specific situation of project rework through the collection and analysis of project activity data.In the research,a set of rework evaluation methods based on code management tools was designed,which is suitable for software development projects.This method identifies the rework situation and rework rate of a project by analyzing the number of additions and modifications to a specific category of code files.The rework rate can objectively reflect the progress status of the project and can be used as an effective basis to support subsequent management decisions.
