In the subband non-overlapping full duplex, the base station can transmit both uplink and downlink at different frequencies at the same time, which is expected to solve the problem of high delay and degraded performance caused by inadequate ups link resource allocation in timedivision duplex. In this paper,a system level simulation platform is built for the application of subband non-overlapping full duplex technology in the networking scenario with same operator, and the performance of subband non-overlapping full duplex and time division duplex is compared and analyzed. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Currently,the research on subband non-overlapping full-duplex technology in large-scale MIMO is relatively limited. Most of the research is limited to the single antenna scenario, which is quite different from the MIMO in mobile communication. In this paper, the simulation platform of subband non-overlapping full duplex MIMO system level is built and the channel model is calibrated according to the results of 3 GPP standardization conference, which provides a reliable platform for the subsequent research of subband non-overlapping full duplex technology.(2)The additional interference caused by subband non-overlapping full duplex in the network with carrier is studied.Based on the established system-level simulation platform, the time delay and user experience throughput are taken as indicators to compare the performance gains of subband non-overlapping full duplex compared with time division duplex under different network loads and different frame structures. The simulation results show that(1)When the uplink and downlink transmission resources are allocated the same, the average UPT of the uplink users of SBFD is improved by about 10%compared with TDD,and the UPT of the edge users is improved obviously, the average uplink delay is reduced by 85%,and the downlink performance is basically consistent with TDD.(2)When the uplink transmission resource allocation is larger than TDD,the average UPT and time delay of the uplink users of SBFD have significant gains, but the downlink performance loses.(3)When the network load is small, the uplink delay of SBFD and the average UPT gain of users increase with the increase of the load.
