China is one of the countries most affected by natural disasters. When a natural disaster occurs, the basic communication facilities are seriously damaged, resulting in no available communication network for emergency rescue, which seriously affects the efficiency of rescue.Since the Ad-Hoc Network does not depend on the existing network infrastructure and has strong robustness and invulnerability, rescue teams often use it to fill the communication gap in disaster areas. However, there are some problems in wireless network data transmission:first, the link transmission resources are limited, and in search and rescue operations, there are various types of emergency transmission services, the network’s response capability to various emergency services need to be improved;secondly,in the harsh external environment and complex and changeable disaster rescue sites, wireless network signals are vulnerable to interference, the link quality fluctuates greatly, the data transmission quality and reliability of the network need to be improved. Therefore, aiming at the two major problems faced in the wireless network data transmission process in emergency scenarios, this article designs an adaptive transmission optimization strategy for emergency communication network services for emergency communications to optimize the transmission process. The research results are as follows:First of all, this article analyzes the services types from the perspectives of transmission priority, link resource requirements, and information carriers, and designs a services-oriented network traffic classification and adaptive optimization mechanism, which adaptively adjusts emergency services through network flow analysis and key data filtering.A network traffic classification model based on deep learning is designed to identify the type of traffic data;in order to reduce the occupation of link bandwidth by emergency services, this article proposes two self-adaptive optimization schemes for emergency services,in which key information is filtered to reduce the amount of data to be transmitted.Secondly, this article studies the multipath transmission scheduling method and proposes a multipath transmission scheduling mechanism for service adaption in emergency communication Networks.Specifically, multipath transmission is used instead of single-link transmission to realize link bandwidth aggregation and avoid the problem of single-point dependence in data transmission;then, referring to the emergency service type division and transmission demand analysis above, designs a link evaluation method considers both business types and transmission quality;finally,u ses t he r einforcement l earning m ethod to adaptively learn the dynamics of link quality, dynamically selects the link for sending data packets, and weakens the impact of network state fluctuations on emergency service transmission. Finally, this article designs a business-oriented emergency network multipath transmission scheduling system to verify the feasibility of the transmission optimization method proposed above.Several functional modules including traffic classification,self-adaptive optimization and multipath transmission scheduling are implemented in the system. Finally, the multipath transmission scheduling system is deployed into physical equipment verify its feasibility.
