| The Industrial Internet,which is a combination of the booming new generation of information technology and advanced industrial manufacturing technology,is bringing a new round of changes to the traditional manufacturing industry.Industrial digitalization,networking and intelligence have become an inevitable trend for the development of manufacturing enterprises.Discrete manufacturing enterprises have a wide range of materials,with the characteristics of multi variety and small batch production,which makes quality management difficult.On the one hand,it is difficult to collect and store quality data,and the exception handling process cannot be effectively monitored and tracked;On the other hand,quality data is scattered and difficult to use for analysis.Traditional manufacturing enterprises must upgrade their quality management through informatization and intelligence in order to improve their product quality level.This thesis analyzes the requirements based on the actual production and quality management situation of enterprises,combined with theories such as quality management system standards,and designs and implements a quality management system for discrete manufacturing.Conduct quality control from the procurement,production,after-sales and other aspects of the product,and use quality review services for quality assurance.Provide preventive and improvement measures for the quality issues identified in the above steps,analyze the causes of anomalies,improve product quality in a closed-loop manner,and achieve quality management throughout the entire product lifecycle.At the same time,the quality management system as the quality data storage carrier,this thesis proposes a control chart pattern recognition algorithm based on support vector machine,introduces particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize parameters,can find abnormal conditions in the production process,and analyze the causes of abnormal,to achieve intelligent analysis of quality abnormalities.According to the principle of module division,the system in this article is mainly divided into six core functions:basic data management,supply quality management,process quality management,customer service quality management,quality review management,and quality statistical analysis management.The overall architecture and typical functional scenario interaction of the quality management system for discrete manufacturing are provided,and microservices and frontend/back-end separation architecture are adopted for implementation.The system is deployed and tested.At present,this system has been deployed on site with university cooperative enterprise factories and has received good feedback. |
