The rapid development of the IoT technology makes it possible to realize the digital perception and management of smart towns.Various types of business applications such as intelligent security and smart buildings have emerged as the times require.But this also leads to the problem of data isolation and poor reusability between applications.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to implement an IoT data middle platform system for smart town scenarios.The middle platform can manage and share the data generated by various applications,so that various businesses can achieve capacity reuse,improve the value of data assets,reduce costs and increase efficiency in the development of innovative businesses,and optimize the access delay of front-end business applications based on cloud computing capabilities to improve service quality.This thesis focuses on the IoT data middle platform system for smart town scenarios,which aims to connect the heterogeneous data generated by various businesses,realize data management and sharing,enable business,optimize data service access delay,and ensure the system’s quality of service.First of all,in order to meet the requirements of business applications in smart towns for data services,we design a smart town IoT data middle platform system architecture,which realizes the cloud aggregation of massive sensing data,purification and redundant processing of heterogeneous data,establishes data association,and realizes reliable data storage based on the combination of memory-based and persistent database,and realizes data service functions connecting with each business application system.Secondly,we propose a data prefetch method for the IoT data middle platform.This method is based on the data association established by the middle platform,and through system resource monitoring,adaptively adjusts the association range,and based on the application system’s access preferences pre-caches the data that the business application system may access,so as to optimize the access delay of the middle platform system.Finally,based on the system architecture,we implement the smart town IoT data middle platform system in the thesis,and carry out the function and performance test of the system.The experimental results show that the system can realize the data management and application,meet the business requirements,and optimize the access delay,which can further improve the quality of service.
