The booming development of the Internet and e-commerce as well as the continuous expansion of the scale of China’s logistics industry have provided a huge market demand for the logistics and warehousing industry.With the continuous upgrading of consumer awareness,the demand for efficient and diversified storage and sorting is increasing,and the storage industry is also facing higher challenges and requirements.Combined with the current background of vigorously developing flexible manufacturing,the four-way shuttle storage and retrieval system is gradually widely used.Compared with the traditional automated storage system,the four-way shuttle storage and retrieval system has higher flexibility,economy of use,as well as the characteristics of automation and intelligence,and has gradually become one of the important ways of intelligent storage in the logistics industry.This paper takes the Four-way Shuttle Storage and Retrieval System(FS/RS)with high density storage as the research object,aiming at the problem of space allocation in warehousing operation,order split wave and task scheduling optimization in outbound operation.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on the research on the warehousing space allocation strategy,combined with the working process and equipment operation characteristics of the multi-layer four-way shuttle storage and retrieval system,the warehousing space allocation should follow the principles of cargo turnover rate,outbound relevance,shelf stability,equipment operation efficiency and real-time information update.A multi-objective warehousing space allocation model with the fastest delivery,the minimum space correlation degree and the lowest overall center of gravity of shelves was established.The improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem,and the effectiveness of the model was verified by experiments.(2)Based on the study of order wave division strategy in warehouse delivery operation,combined with the process of warehouse delivery of multi-layer four-way shuttle storage and retrieval system,comprehensively considering the principles of nearby warehouse delivery,first-in,first-out and full-container warehouse delivery,the order wave division model of four-way shuttle storage and retrieval system based on high density storage was established with the goal of minimizing the total number of warehouse delivery.Aiming at the characteristics of high-volume orders in highdensity storage system,a hybrid clustering solving algorithm was designed by combining K-means and Canopy algorithm to solve the problems,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm was verified through experiments.(3)Based on the above results of wave division of outbound orders,and considering the warehouse space allocation principle and the characteristics of at least one shuttle car and multiple container elevator on each floor,a scheduling model of outbound tasks with the shortest total outbound time is established.The model is combined with variable neighborhood,tabu search operator and genetic search operator.The improved ant colony algorithm framework was designed to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm was verified by several sets of experiments.
