Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid advancement of the Internet era and the emergence of new technologies such as artificial intelligence,machine learning,and deep learning,data has become a strategic resource for national development.Simultaneously,the security and privacy of personal data have increasingly garnered attention,leading to the introduction of corresponding laws and regulations by governments to safeguard personal data security.The challenge of extracting valuable insights from data while preserving users’privacy has become an urgent issue to address.Amidst the epidemic,the collection and analysis of personal data hold great significance in preventing the further spread of the virus,but it may compromise personal privacy.To address this issue,the service of data collaborative application platforms based on privacy computing,such as homogeneous encryption and secure multi-party computing,is a more feasible approach.To mitigate privacy leakage when intersecting the trajectories of patients and individuals during the epidemic,this paper proposes building a trajectory intersecting system based on homomorphic encryption.The system ensures the privacy of both parties while achieving the intersection of the two trajectories and returning the results to the individual.To optimize the efficiency of the system,this paper proposes replacing the.homomorphic encryption algorithm with a more efficient method to optimize the entire privacy-preserving set intersection protocol.Experimental results show that this method accelerates the receiver of the entire protocol by 26.59%-42.29%.Moreover,this paper proposes a data preprocessing method that reduces the data volume of the sender participating in the privacy-preserving set intersection protocol by filtering out the same range of data in advance.After experiments,this method speeds up the receiver of the entire protocol by about 3%.Based on the development process of software engineering,this paper first analyzes the system requirements and then proceeds to the system outline design,including system technical architecture design,system function module design,and system database design.The client includes a trajectory information management module,a trajectory information intersection module,and a personal information management module,while the server includes a patient track management module,a statistical visualization module,and a user management module.Next,the above system function modules are designed and implemented in detail,followed by system testing.
