With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence,the traditional tourist town management model faces challenges in adapting to the current development needs.To address this issue and assist town managers in operating their towns more effectively,optimizing passenger flow distribution,and enhancing overall profitability and tourist satisfaction,this thesispresents an intelligent decision-making platform for towns based on dynamic multi-objective optimization problems.The platform aims to assist town managers to make scientific and rational decisions by considering multiple goals and dynamic changes in the environment.The key contributions of this research are as follows:1.A dynamic multi-objective crowd path planning problem model is designed specifically for small town scenarios.The model aims to optimize the three important goals of passenger flow density,shop profit and tourist satisfaction in the small town,so as to achieve the healthy development of the small town tourism industry.Through the in-depth analysis of the mobile attributes of tourists and the commercial attributes of shops in the town,and the introduction of the concept of tourist satisfaction into the model,the model provides a more accurate simulation of tourist behavior and shop operations in the dynamic town environment.2.A heuristic-based two-stage solution algorithm is designed for the dynamic multi-objective crowd path planning problem model.The two stages consist of a pre-optimization stage and a real-time optimization stage.In the pre-optimization stage,the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the Pareto optimal solution,and get the preoptimized path.In the real-time optimization stage,methods such as greedy insertion and variable neighborhood search are used to dynamically adjust the route according to the changing needs of current tourists,so as to optimize the town’s passenger flow density,town profit and tourist satisfaction.Through the combination of pre-optimization and real-time optimization,the algorithm can effectively solve the problem of dynamic multi-objective crowd path planning in small towns.3.A town simulation decision-making platform is designed and developed based on the cooperative working mode between the town simulation platform and the decision-making platform,using the Menge crowd simulation platform and the Unity 3D platform.An event-driven module and a decision-making support module are added to the decisionmaking platform,which can control the data analysis and event forwarding of tourist and business data,strategy forwarding of route optimization strategy,and an interactive module is provided to apply the optimized route to the simulation platform.And the visualization of passenger flow data,Unity 3D provides 3D visualization of tourist movement behavior and shops in the town scene.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by simulation experiments,which provides a theoretical reference for the operation management of the town and the optimization of tourist routes.
