| With the progress of technology,informatization has become a new trend in the development of weapons and equipment in various countries.1553 B bus was originally created to improve the performance of avionics system of military aircraft,now it has been widely used in defense fields such as aviation aircraft,ships,tanks and artificial satellites,it plays an important role in realizing the cooperative work of neutron system of weapon equipment and improving the overall informatization level of weapon equipment.Traditional 1553 B bus implementation schemes mostly rely on 1553 B bus protocol chips,which have significant limitations due to their expensive price and poor flexibility.Therefore,this paper investigates the implementation of the 1553 B bus on SOC in order to improve the shortcomings of traditional solutions.This paper designs a 1553 B bus interface module based on SOC,which uses the ZYNQ APSOC as the main control chip of the system,cooperates with the HI-1573 bus transceiver chip,PM-DB2725 isolation transformer,and realizes the basic communication functions of the1553 B bus.The Manchester codec function and protocol processing function of BC,RT,MT terminals are realized using Verilog HDL on the PL part of ZYNQ chip,and the AXI interface can communicate with the ARM processor inside ZYNQ,which to some extent achieves the function of dedicated 1553 B bus protocol chip.In addition,RS485,Ethernet,and USB communication interfaces have been designed to enable communication with the upper computer or other devices with corresponding communication interfaces.Finally,through the C language programming on the PS part of the ZYNQ chip,the functions of driving peripheral interfaces,message transmission control,and handling PL interrupts were implemented.This topic has completed the design and implementation of 1553 B bus interface board based on ZYNQ,and has carried out functional verification and board level communication test,and the correctness of Manchester encoding and decoding functions has been verified through simulation,and the actual communication test has also been carried out to verify the communication function under the commonly used 1553 B message format.The experimental results indicate that the 1553 B bus interface board designed and manufactured in this project has achieved the expected goals and can achieve the basic functions of 1553 B bus communication,which has certain practical value. |
