Research On Project Risk Management Of Y Company’s Free Digital Readin

With the continuous development of mobile Internet,mobile phone software APP is also being enriched in people’s lives all the time.Among them,the mobile digital reading APP is also enriched in people’s fragmented use time,becoming one of the important channels for people to obtain information daily.This means that people rely more and more on digital reading APP,which shows that digital reading projects have a very large development space in the market.However,with the growth of digital reading projects,the risks in their development are also growing step by step,and avoiding these risks has become one of the important tasks of enterprises.Therefore,the enterprise’s risk identification and risk response has become one of the important work of project development.Company Y selected in this paper is an enterprise engaged in Internet software development projects,of which the free digital reading project is one of the company’s key projects.With the continuous development of the project in recent years,its risk has also become larger,so a reasonable risk management method is needed to identify and deal with the risk.First of all,a brief introduction is given to the free digital reading project of Y Company from the perspective of project background,project characteristics and objectives,and project significance;Secondly,in order to deal with the actual risks in the project and build the risk indicator system,the expert interview method and case analysis method are used to build indicators in market risks,technology risks,management risks,financial risks and other aspects;Finally,the project risk was objectively evaluated by using quantitative analysis and mixed analysis methods.On the basis of the research and analysis of the evaluation results,the main risks existing in the project and the follow-up targeted countermeasures to deal with the risks were identified,and a risk monitoring plan was developed.The risk was monitored according to the risk monitoring plan in the daily operation of the project.Through the research on the risk management of the free digital reading project of Y Company,this paper can not only provide a risk management solution for the digital reading project of Y Company,help Y Company avoid the risk in the project development process,propose a constructive response plan,and take precautions against the risk,so that Y Company’s project can continue to develop in a healthy and sound manner,It can also play a guiding role in the combination of theory and practice for the subsequent project risk management of other enterprises.
