Research On Pet Transportation Mode Based On Integrated Application Of Internet Of Things

After entering the 21st century,China’s pet industry has maintained rapid growth,but the inconsistent service quality and high transportation costs in the pet transportation industry have hindered the development of online and offline pet retail industries.This article analyzes the practical problems faced by domestic pet retailers,compares and analyzes the current main pet transportation modes and pet batch transportation costs,and ultimately determines the design of a new type of pet specialized vehicle batch transportation mode that integrates modern Internet of Things technology.Using the method of project integration management,the development and implementation of the Internet of Things pet transportation service project is planned,project progress is managed,and quality control is carried out.Firstly,based on the current development status of China’s pet transportation industry and the characteristics of modern Internet of Things technology,the advantages and disadvantages of pet car transportation compared to pet air transportation are analyzed,and an optimized solution for designing a pet batch transportation mode based on pet car batch transportation is established.Then,the six element analysis method of pet logistics system is used to classify the problems existing in the batch transportation of pet cars,determine the specific function items,summarize the business subsystems and weight values of the batch transportation business of pet cars,and design an optimized solution for the batch transportation of pets led by third-party logistics companies and participated by pet retail enterprises and pet breeding enterprises,as well as the corresponding batch transportation service system of pet cars.Finally,using the relevant theories and methods of project management,the integrated management of the Internet of Things pet transportation service project to achieve this new model is carried out.Subsystems such as the pet special vehicle batch transportation service system,in vehicle intelligent temperature control system,standardized pet aviation box system,pet radio frequency recognition information recording system,and in vehicle intelligent monitoring are developed and implemented in sequence.Finally,evaluate the overall situation of the research work and the expected results of its launch on the market.This study integrates modern Internet of Things technology to design and construct a new batch transportation mode for pet specialized vehicles,using methods such as six element analysis of pet logistics system and literature analysis.It provides a new idea for reducing freight costs,improving safety and information technology level for the pet transportation industry in China.At the same time,project integration management methods are used to modularize system functions and optimize development and implementation processes,It has practical reference significance for China’s logistics enterprises to upgrade the information industry of pet transportation business and integrate and manage related logistics projects.
