| With the comprehensive digital transformation of operators,their OSS business operation support needs to be fully online and digital intelligent,and the demand for software products of operators is increasing rapidly.As one of the main support manufacturers of the operator’s OSS domain,X company’s products cover the full business fields of resources,performance,failure,operation and maintenance,and its market share in the operator’s OSS domain is growing in recent years.However,due to X company’s insufficient emphasis on software research and development quality,there are issues such as insufficient collaboration among departments,low customer engagement,and high product defect rates,resulting in a high number of user complaints and a continuous decline in satisfaction.This article first introduces the background and significance of current software R&D quality management,proposes the purpose and content of this research topic,and uses interview methods and case analysis methods to study the quality problems and their causes in X company.It uses literature research methods to study the relevant theories and applications in the industry to solve this problem.Drawing on relevant theories and literature research results,combined with the current situation and existing problems of X company’s software R&D management,with the goal of solving the current quality management problems of Company X and improving product quality,a targeted quality management system for the entire R&D process has been proposed based on methods such as IPD,CMMI,Scrum,and CAPD.By establishing a long chain collaborative control mechanism,efficient collaboration among various departments throughout the R&D process is achieved,fully leveraging the team cohesion effect,and thus forming an efficient collaborative quality management solution for the entire software R&D process,at the same time,based on the characteristics of X company’s project,a project process audit indicator system and continuous quality improvement methods have been proposed,and organizational guarantee measures have been proposed for the implementation of the plan.Through the practice of X company’s asset management product line,it has been proven that this system has a significant effect on improving the quality of X company’s products,helping enterprises create their own star products,increase market share,and achieve brand strategy.It has a certain degree of theoretical guidance and practical promotion value for the management of software development processes in other subsidiary product lines. |
