Research On AIoT Application Project Risk Management

AIoT application projects have many uncertainties,including the accuracy of demand analysis,equipment performance that cannot meet requirements,and difficulties in implementing maintenance cycle control.These uncertainties can bring risks to AIoT projects and seriously affect project progress.Therefore,studying risk management for AIoT application projects is of great significance.This article conducts risk management research for the AIoT application-intelligent optimization machine development project.First,we analyzed the characteristics of the AIoT project and divided it into four stages:startup,design,implementation,and maintenance and upgrading.Then,the expert group interview method was used to collect and sort out the risks of each stage of the intelligent optimization machine project,and a risk checklist for the intelligent optimization machine project was finally formed.By establishing a risk management model,we can dynamically adjust project plans based on changing risk analysis results,and monitor project risks in real time to ensure the effective implementation of the project.This article uses the DEMATEL method to analyze the correlation between the identified risk factors,and combines the AHP method to evaluate the occurrence probability of the identified risk factors and the degree of impact on the project,and carries out weight analysis and ranking.Finally,this article proposes specific risk solutions,emphasizing that regular reviews of risk factors should be conducted during the project to improve the quality of project risk management.Currently,research on risk management at home and abroad is relatively rich,but there is less research on AIoT application projects.The risk management model proposed in this article can provide important references for projects that combine software and hardware,and remind people of the importance of risk management.It is hoped that the research results of this article can provide assistance and inspiration for the future research and practice of risk management in similar AIoT application projects.
