| With the emergence of new telecommunication industry standards such as 5G and Wi Fi6,wireless communication technology will usher in another stage of rapid development.With the increasing requirements of communication devices for large-capacity data transmission and integration and miniaturization,antenna is one of the core components of wireless communication system,and its performance directly affects the transmission performance of the entire wireless communication device.Modern wireless communication technology not only requires excellent performance,but also has the advantages of miniaturization,low cost and easy integration.Multiband and UWB miniaturized antennas can meet the advantages of high data transmission rate and large data transmission capacity.In view of this,in this paper,the multi-band and ultra-wideband antennas are studied in depth,and the multi-band and wide-band antennas that can be used in WLAN,Wi MAX and ultra-wideband systems are designed and analyzed.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:First,through consulting a large number of literature,the research background of this topic is systematically understood,and the current research status in this field at home and abroad is summarized.The development prospects of multi-band and ultra-wideband antennas are analyzed,and the basic theory of antennas is described in detail,which provides a solid theoretical guidance for the following antenna design in this paper.Secondly,the characteristics of the multi band antenna are studied.First,a micro antenna applied to the working frequency band of WLAN and Wi MAX is designed,which adopts the coplanar waveguide(CPW)feeding mode.The working frequency points of WLAN and Wi MAX are respectively excited by adding L-shaped branches to the right of the antenna radiation patch and an open resonant ring to the left of the dielectric substrate.The parameters indicate that the antenna can operate in the 2.4GHz~2.48 GHz,5GHz~5.15 GHz,5.8GHz bands of WLAN,and 3.4GHz~3.6GHz bands of Wi MAX,with good omnidirectionality and stable gain.The results show that the working bandwidth of the antenna covers WLAN and Wi MAX bands,and the peak gain is up to 5.5d Bi.Finally,according to the characteristics of UWB antennas,two miniaturized UWB antennas are proposed,including :(1)Design a CPW-fed UWB antenna,and further broaden the antenna bandwidth by modifying the thickness of the substrate,the ground face value on both sides of the feeder,and the position of L-shaped branch.By testing the fabricated antenna device,the-10 d B bandwidth of the antenna is 3.4GHz ~ 10.2 GHz,and the peak gain is 4.6d Bi.(2)Another micro-strip line miniaturized ultra-wideband antenna is designed.This time,ellipses and rectangles are added to the semicircle radiation element,and grooves are made to broaden the antenna bandwidth.The test results show that the working range of the antenna covers the frequency band range of 4GHz~12GHz,and the peak gain is up to 5.2d Bi. |
