With the widespread application of 5G services throughout the country,the types and numbers of equipment and telecommunication base stations have increased greatly in recent years.The relevant maintenance data shows that the maintenance work caused by the problems of the base station power equipment is much more than others.Therefore,the reliability of the communication system of the base station power supply is particularly critical.At present,a large number of base stations are located in remote and scattered locations.In the actual operation,the monitoring and maintenance of base station power supply on the higher demand for manpower,which undoubtedly greatly increases the operation cost.The Internet of Things communication technology,including intelligent remote sensing,intelligent identification and other wireless communication technology,has become one of the solutions of the next generation of base station power monitoring because of its low cost,high flexibility and low power consumption.Narrow band Internet of Things(NB-Io T)technology is most suitable for base station equipment maintenance monitoring,so it has been widely used in the field of low-speed Internet of Things at home and abroad.In this thesis,a NB-Io T module applied to real-time state monitoring of base station power supply is studied and designed,and multi-base station power network monitoring is realized,which can greatly reduce the related operating costs while improving the efficiency of monitoring and maintenance,and has greater industrialization potential.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,according to the base station power monitoring needs,designed a power communication module based on NB-Io T base station,control chip using ST company’s STM32F103C8T6 chip,NB chip using Shanghai Transfer Company’s BC35-G chip;Hardware circuit design includes Io T card peripheral circuit design,communication circuit design,power circuit design,antenna circuit design and PCB design.The software design mainly includes LED subrevers,UART3 and base station power communication subrevers,UART2 and BC35-G communication subrevers,UART1 and background communication subrings,etc.Secondly,through the comparative study of the power supply data of the base station and the communication mode of the Internet of Things platform,the technical route of this thesis is determined: first,the NB-Io T module transmits the data of the base station power supply to the NB-Io T module MCU through the RS485 communication protocol,and then the MCU transmits the collected data to the NB chip inside the NB-Io T module through the RS232 communication protocol.Finally,the NB chip uploads the data to China Mobile One NET Internet of Things server through the exchange of information with the Internet of Things card,thus realizing the monitoring and maintenance of the base station power supply.Thirdly,create a base station power monitoring platform in China Mobile One NET Internet of things server,including product creation,device addition,application release,NB-Io T module communication test,data flow reading,historical message acquisition and so on.Finally,this thesis also analyzes the stability of NB-Io T communication and designs the reliability improvement of NB-Io T module.Proposed method can improve the instability phenomenon including the low signal quality and communication outage caused by system update,which guarantee the robustness of proposed system.
