As one of the main applications of natural language processing,chat robots have received extensive attention in recent years.Among them,chat robots under the educational background have a specific topic range and knowledge domain,and their tasks are relatively clear.According to the learning habits and learning goals of different students,how to tailor them is a popular research direction of current teaching dialogue chat robots.In response to the needs of users,combined with the existing problems of the existing chat robot construction platform,we designed and implemented a Watson-based teaching chat robot construction platform.Based on the analysis of business requirements,the overall design plan of the platform is given.Combining the teaching of a class,the classroom is analyzed and designed,and the design plan of the classroom dialogue flow is emphasized.Aiming at the Watson teaching chatbot relies on the knowledge base and cannot respond to problems that are completely absent in the knowledge base,a multi-round dialogue scene perception model based on the context of the scene is constructed.The LSTM sentence encoder and LSTM scene encoder are designed to learn the sentence context information and scene context information in the classroom history dialogue.The attention mechanism is introduced.Based on the themes of teachers and students in class,the context information of the scene in the classroom history dialogue is recorded in a periodic manner,and the inner product of each scene vector is calculated to obtain the corresponding similarity.Assign the corresponding scenes to different teaching scenes.The weight,combined with the importance of each scene vector,generates a response in line with the current teaching scene.And use the public movie dialogue data set to conduct comparative experiments of each model,verifying the effectiveness of the scene-aware model applied to the generation of multiple rounds of dialogue responses.On the basis of analysis and design,various functional modules have been realized,and a teaching chat robot for primary school students in the field of English has been completed,providing effective services for teachers and students,and further reducing the development cycle and cost.The correctness of the module function was tested through the classroom script design of a certain classroom,and the performance test of the response generation model was carried out.The user’s self-test has verified that the system basically meets the requirements.
