In order to solve the problems in traditional large antenna’s system design,such as lack of requirement analysis,difficulty in collaboration and high cost of scheme optimization,the conceptions of Model Based Systems Engineering(MBSE),Digital Transformation and Digital Twin are introduced.One kind of system modeling and design-optimization method is put forward,based on Domain Meta-model.We take one large complex antenna system as the research object,and focus on four key issues: what is the Antenna Meta-model,how to design the Antenna Meta-model,how to build the system multidisciplinary model and how to set up integrated evaluation optimization model,and carry out the research of MBSE.First of all,the research and application status of Meta-model,MBSE method and efficiency evaluation theory are systematically analyzed.The overall design scheme of complex system model is described from theoretical basis,modeling scheme and optimization design of the large aperture antenna system model.Then,the basic and importance of Meta-model in system modeling is clarified,the four framework levels of Meta-model expansion are introduced,and the design principles,methods and routes of Antenna Meta-model are proposed.And the examples of Antenna Meta-model are constructed from task layer,logical layer and physical layer.Besides,in order to avoid the limitations of general modeling methods,the Domain Specific Modeling Language(DSML)is proposed.The system model is carried out through the four links of requirement analysis,function decomposition,architecture generation and analysis validation,which ensures the traceability and verifiability of design elements in the process of system analysis,design,test,and production,and improves the development efficiency of the system.Furthermore,based on the Antenna Meta-model framework and DSML modeling language,combined with antenna design experience and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),we proposed the model-driven system scheme optimization design method.In the process of system modeling,the AHP algorithm is applied to establish the hierarchical structure model,and the system evaluation optimization model is formed.Through the system model process simulation and calculation verification analysis,it supports the acquisition,analysis,processing and display of evaluation data,and assists the optimization analysis and scientific decisionmaking of the system design scheme.Finally,the Large Rotary-type Cylindrical Antenna is taken as the research object,and an example verification is carried out.The antenna application scenarios,design requirements and key technical indicators are analyzed and judged,and the antenna multidisciplinary system model is constructed from three aspects of requirement modeling,function modeling and architecture modeling.And taking the antenna drive device as an example,the analysis is carried out from the aspects of scheme analysis,scheme evaluation and change management.Through the optimization and comparison of multi-schemes design information,unified change,traceability and management of design information are realized,and the feasibility of large antenna system modeling and design optimization method based on Domain Meta-model is verified.This system modeling method based on Domain Meta-model and the system evaluation optimization method developed have the characteristics of unified data sources,short iteration period and strong extensibility.It also can further reduce the development cost of large complex systems,and provide new ideas and new methods for the intelligence and digitization of large and complex systems.
