In recent years,the software market develops rapidly.In order to strengthen the security of software products,the country secret information related software comes into being.Company B is mainly engaged in the research and development of SM software.However,due to the lack of risk management measures in the research and development process,the product quality of software project A is low,which brings certain risks to the project and causes losses to the enterprise.Therefore,how to do A good job in the process of A project’s research and development project risk management becomes particularly important.This article will combine software industry development process and characteristics,first of all,on A software project risk identification,to comb through the WBS will existing development process,using the method of brainstorming and expert evaluation method to form A basis for risk classification list,to identify the results of software project risk level of type A as demand risk,technology risk,risk,quality risk,management risk.Among them,demand risk identifies five risk factors,technical risk identifies four risk factors,personnel risk identifies four risk factors,quality risk identifies three risk factors,management risk identifies four risk factors.Second,on the basis of risk identification of A software project risk assessment,using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to identify the 20 to evaluate risk factors,through multi-level analysis model,comparison matrix and characteristic vector calculation comparison matrix,thereby arrange sort out the weight of each risk factor,risk assessment,The evaluation result shows that the quality risk accounts for 23%,but this risk will lead to serious consequences of the project,so it is defined as the highest risk,followed by the demand risk,which accounts for 37.8%,and this risk will also cause serious consequences to the project,so it is defined as the highest risk.Thirdly,on the basis of risk identification and assessment results,specific countermeasures are proposed for the risk management of A software project.Since high risks mainly come from quality risk and demand risk,risk mitigation strategies are mainly adopted for these two parts of risk: To cope with the demand risk,by clarifying the new demand standard process,clear demand change process,improve the business and technical ability level of the demand personnel and other means to reduce the impact of the risk on the project;To deal with the quality risk,we can reduce the impact of the risk mainly through regular review during the software development stage,the use of three-person group cross-testing,and the establishment of a quality assurance team according to the ISO9001 standard,so as to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.Finally,risk monitoring was carried out for project A.Through risk monitoring,the identified risks were tracked to ensure the implementation of risk coping strategies,new risks were continuously identified,and the process of risk monitoring was recorded.Through the study found that used in the process of the development of A software project risk management,can effectively improve the quality of products,reduce the demand for products,such as instability of the problems of changing,through A project summarized A set of suitable for B company’s risk management approach,in the process of the future development of company B other projects can have A very good reference value,It can provide some reference value for the risk management of SM software industry.
