Research On Quality Management Process Optimization Of Software Testing Project Of Z Company

With the rapid development of information technology,the application scenarios of software products are more extensive,so the complexity of software development is becoming higher and higher,and higher requirements are put forward for the quality of software products.Company Z is a subsidiary of a state-owned communication group,which focuses on software R & D and system integration.After years of development,it has accumulated rich development experience,but the delivered software products still have many quality problems.The core competitiveness of software enterprises is the quality of software products.The quality management center is the core Department of software quality management and testing of Z company.Therefore,how to find out the problems of the quality management center in software quality management through scientific means,put forward targeted improvement plans,and improve the quality management level and software delivery quality are urgent problems to be solved.This paper takes the quality management center of Z Company as the research object,and uses the theory of Software Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI)and total quality management(TQM),which are generally followed by the software industry,as the theoretical basis to optimize the software project quality management process.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through interviews with the employees of the quality management center and issuing questionnaires,various factors affecting the quality of software testing are found out,and key factors are found out by using the analytic hierarchy process,mainly including the standardized project management process,total quality management,test case design quality,software requirements and design document review,and the environment construction and deployment of the project team.(2)Under the guidance of CMMI and TQM theory,the key influencing factors are taken as the entry point to explore the path of improving software quality management,and finally three optimization schemes are proposed: first,optimize the test case management process;Secondly,based on the CMMI development model,the software patch testing management process is constructed;Thirdly,based on the theory of TQM,the scheme of software automatic testing and continuous integrated management is constructed.The optimization scheme has been applied in the project.Through the comparison of the data before and after the implementation,it can be seen that the effect is remarkable.On the basis of the original software quality management measures of Z company,this paper explores the factors affecting the software test quality and puts forward some optimization measures to solve the problems of low quality of test cases,lack of upgrade test process and low quality of software integration and delivery in the software quality management of Z company,effectively improving the quality management level of the company,So that the company can deliver higher quality software products and services to customers in the future.
