A Study On The Influential Factors Of Social Opening Of University Library

With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the social public spiritual and cultural needs of the public library gradually cannot meet the needs of the social public,the university library as an important part of public cultural services,with its in literature information,personnel,infrastructure and other aspects of absolute advantage,become a powerful supplement.In the context of the national advocacy of "reading for all",this paper first sorts out the research views of domestic and foreign scholars in this field and the relevant concepts and theories of this paper.Based on the theoretical research,this paper investigates the construction of the collection resources of Bengbu University Library and the current situation of opening to the society,and finds that the degree of opening of Bengbu University Library to the outside world is not high.On this basis,a questionnaire about the opening of university libraries to the public is designed.There are two versions in total: the university teacher and student version and the public version.The first part of the two versions of the questionnaire mainly investigates the basic situation of the opening of university libraries to the outside world,in order to understand the use of libraries by university teachers and students,the demand of the public for library resources,and the attitude of both sides towards the opening of university libraries.The second part constructs the influencing factors model of university library’s social opening by combining the previous research with the relevant research views of domestic scholars,and designs the second part of the measurement questions by combining the model.Use the same measurement questions to analyze the factors that affect the opening of university libraries to the outside world,and make an empirical analysis of this part of data.Finally,summarize the main influencing factors of the three dimensions,namely,the environmental dimension,the organizational dimension and the technical dimension.The results of the empirical study are basically consistent with the impact factor model constructed earlier.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are: Bengbu University Library is not open enough;Some university libraries do not meet the requirements of full opening to the outside world;Organizational dimension,environmental dimension,technical dimension and other related factors affect the opening of university libraries to the society.In view of the conclusion,the following six countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: change ideas and expand the degree of opening to the outside world;Promote the information construction and improve the richness of library resources;Optimize the allocation of human resources and strengthen the guarantee of opening to the outside world;Broaden the source of funds and increase investment;Strengthening the guarantee of legal system and creating a good open environment;Innovate service thinking and improve intelligent service level.
