| With the arrival of the data era,the construction of smart cities is in full swing in China.Urban construction archives,as important scientific and technological archives formed in the process of urban planning,construction and development,truly record the process and evolution of urban development.The construction of smart city brings development opportunities and challenges to the management of urban construction archives,and puts forward the requirements of comprehensive management,system management,security management and wisdom management while promoting the construction of urban construction archives management information,but at present,the management of urban construction archives cannot meet the new requirements put forward by the construction of smart city.Therefore,the urban construction archives management department urgently needs to innovate the management mode to adapt to the new technical environment and lay a solid data foundation for the construction of smart cities.This paper takes urban construction file management as a research topic and proposes corresponding optimization strategies by analyzing the relationship between smart city construction and urban construction file management,as well as the current problems of urban construction file management in China.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which firstly explains the background and significance of this research work.Then it compares the current domestic and international literature on smart cities and urban archives management,and describes the research content,methodology,and innovation points of this work.Chapter 2 is devoted to discussing relevant concepts and theoretical foundations.This chapter firstly explains the importance and characteristics of smart cities,the current situation and development trend of smart city construction,then introduces the concept of urban archives and its value to smart city construction,and finally explains the content and value of data ecosystem theory,which paves the theoretical path for future research.The third chapter is about the new features and management requirements of urban archives.This chapter first introduces the data characteristics of urban construction archives in the context of smart city construction,and then analyzes the requirements of smart city construction for comprehensive,efficient,secure and intelligent management of urban construction archives.Chapter 4 mainly discusses the current situation and problems of urban construction archives management.In particular,this part addresses the issues of resource integration,management,security and service based on the current situation of urban archives management.Chapter 5 is about the strategies for managing urban construction archives in the context of building smart cities.This chapter proposes the following optimization strategies for urban construction archives management problems to meet the new requirements of urban construction archives management in the context of smart city construction.First,by enriching the content of urban construction archival information resources,transforming the integration of urban construction archives and comprehensively integrating archival resources;second,by optimizing the composition of the talent team and applying data-based management to improve management efficiency;third,by legislating and standardizing and standardizing the system to improve management efficiency Third.By implementing laws and regulations,standard systems,and developing security systems for municipal archives staff and equipment to prevent security risks when storing and transmitting municipal archives;fourth,by improving the ability of municipal archives to provide cross-regional collaborative services,developing intelligent service platforms,and innovating mobile services to improve the ability and level of intelligent services of municipal archives. |
