| The industrial Internet is the cornerstone of modern industry,which plays an important role in industrial networks.Industrial networks consist of various types such as industrial Ethernet,industrial fieldbus and industrial wireless network.Typical industrial network protocols include Ethernet/IP,Profinet,Ether CAT,etc.In industrial networks,messages can be divided into different types of business according to the functions of application,and there are various priorities between them.In addition,data traffic between devices in industrial networks for communication has the characteristic of changing over time.Industrial fieldbus and industrial wireless networks interact with the Internet through industrial backbone networks,and industrial backbone networks with IPv6 as the core are being gradually applied to industrial networks.Therefore,it is important to realize the protocol conversion between industrial networks and IPv6-based backbone networks.However,the existing protocol conversion methods have the following problems.Firstly,the protocol industrial business characteristics are not analyzed and utilized in the protocol conversion.Secondly,the characteristics of traffic are not considered in the process of protocol conversion,thus limiting the development and utilization of the technology of protocol conversion.For the above problems,this thesis takes typical industrial network protocol Ethernet/IP as an example.This thesis proposes and implements an industrial network protocol conversion method based on the characteristics of traffic and the analysis of business.It based on the analysis of the characteristics of business types for industrial protocol,and considers the characteristics of data traffic about industrial network protocol in communication.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.This thesis analyzes the status of research on industrial networks and related technologies about traffic prediction,then summarizes the problems of industrial networks and traffic prediction.2.This thesis studies the scheme of conversion between Ethernet/IP protocol and IPv6 protocol in typical industrial network.By analysing the service characteristics of protocol,this thesis designs the method of conversion,which includes IP address conversion,application dependency conversion,business type and priority mapping,data flow identity mapping and multi-threaded conversion,the conversion between Ethernet/IP and IPv6 is realized based on the quality of service of the application business.3.Based on the proposed method for converting industrial network protocols to IPv6 protocols,an intelligent method of protocol conversion based on prediction for traffic is proposed in this thesis,which considers the traffic characteristics of industrial network protocols at different moments.The method applies Holt-Winter,ARIMA and LSTM prediction of traffic sub-strategies,as well as the DQN traffic prediction master strategy,while using the DQN thread allocation strategy to improve the speed of protocol conversion;it also meets the management requirements of the industrial network protocol conversion function by designing the southbound interface.4.The protocol convertor was developed based on an embedded Linux platform,and the designed intelligent protocol conversion method was implemented.Traffic prediction and thread allocation policies are implemented in the SDN controller,while a southbound management interface function is completed at the device of protocol conversion and SDN controller side.5.A test platform consisting of an Ethernet/IP network and a Profinet network was built to test the intelligent protocol conversion method.The test items include the Ethernet/IP protocol and IPv6 protocol conversion function,and the SDN southbound function of management interface interaction.The traffic prediction sub-policy and main policy results were also analysed,and the results of the DQN thread allocation policy were compared with those of the traffic proportional allocation method,the traffic hierarchical allocation method and the average traffic thread allocation method.The test results show that the protocol conversion method based on traffic characteristics and service analysis proposed in this paper can achieve communication between industrial networks and IPv6 backbone networks.It can analyse and use the business type of message during the conversion process,and also ensure the quality of service before and after the application conversion.In addition,the protocol conversion method is able to predict the traffic characteristics of different industrial network protocols and pre-allocate thread computing resources,effectively improving the efficiency of the conversion of industrial networks to IPv6 protocols. |
