| In the past two decades,with the rapid development of world economy and science and technology,the IT industry has ushered in unprecedented development.In order to improve data processing and storage capacity,IT is necessary to accelerate the construction of data centers.The data center of a bank is the heart of data storage and business processing,and the power supply system,as the driving force and core part of the data center,determines whether the data center can operate safely and stably.When nonlinear devices in a data center are running,harmonic currents will be generated.When the harmonic currents are large,the normal operation of other devices will be affected.Therefore,harmonic currents must be controlled or controlled.When the harmonic governance project is carried out,the data center usually only focuses on the governance effect,but ignores the control of project cost,which does not meet the requirements of modern value engineering.Therefore,the value engineering theory should be applied to the harmonic governance project to optimize the governance scheme and reduce the project cost.This study mainly starts from the harmonic governance project of the bank data center and carries out research from the following aspects.First of all,this research content from the research background and significance of harmonic governance,from the short-term effect and long-term operations and project benefits tripartite face harmonic governance project necessity is discussed,and introduced the harmonic governance project development present situation as well as the source and harm of harmonic,combined with the basic requirements of value engineering scheme optimization and innovation of traditional harmonic governance,The research objectives and innovation points are determined,and reasonable research methods and technical routes are formulated.Secondly,this study introduces the basic concept of harmonics and the principles and methods of harmonic treatment and reactive power compensation,and analyzes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each method in detail.In the research process,combined with the engineering management and value engineering theory knowledge,introduced the connotation and basic principle of value engineering,and value engineering in the cost management advantages are summarized and analyzed,the value engineering work procedures and implementation methods;Finally,this study in order to a bank data center harmonic treatment project as an example,the value engineering theory applied to harmonic governance project,this paper introduces the present situation of data center power supply system of a bank,and relevant experimental data are analyzed in detail and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional method to control harmonic,and combining the value engineering theory,the scheme of innovation on the basis of this,A new harmonic control scheme of active power filter with 11 and 13 times passive filter and reactive power compensation cabinet is proposed,which innovates the technical scheme of harmonic control project and reduces the project cost.Using the FD method and expert meeting scoring method to determine the function of the treatment plan to the various harmonic coefficient,and then by several design institute,design and construction units inquiry method,to calculate the cost of project,calculate the cost coefficient of various schemes,the coefficient of value to different schemes are obtained,and compared the value,and further verify the rationality of the harmonic governance innovation scheme,The harmonic control project is optimized and innovated.Figure 14;Table 15;Reference 49... |
