| With the continuous advancement of informatization and industrialization,the Industrial Internet has entered a period of rapid development.As the foundation of the Industrial Internet,industrial network technology has played an important role in industrial site.Factory networks are usually composed of heterogeneous networks such as industrial field networks and industrial backbone networks.Typical industrial field network standards such as Profinet,Ether CAT,etc.,have been widely deployed in various production sites.In addition,due to the rapid development of IPv6 technology,the industrial backbone network is gradually evolving to the IPv6(Internet Protocol Version 6)network.Under the background of heterogeneous network,how to realize the interconnection between industrial field network and IPv6 backbone network has become an important challenge affecting the development of industrial network.The core device to complete the information interaction between heterogeneous networks is the protocol conversion device.At the same time,in the industrial network scenario,real-time data flow is very sensitive to transmission time.In order to ensure low delay data communication between heterogeneous network devices,protocol conversion devices need to quickly convert cross-network data.However,the existing conversion devices are usually developed and implemented based on the Linux kernel protocol stack,which results in a certain conversion delay and cannot meet the real-time communication requirements of low-latency.Thus,how to design a high-speed protocol conversion device has become a problem that restricts efficient communication of industrial heterogeneous networks.In view of this,this dissertation proposes a protocol conversion scheme between Profinet and IPv6 network,and develops a high-speed industrial heterogeneous protocol conversion device based on the DPDK(Data Plane Development Kit)which is a highperformance data processing framework.The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:1.This dissertation analyzes the related research results and key technologies of realtime industrial network based on Profinet,industrial IPv6 backbone network and DPDK framework,and summaries the difficulties of efficient converged communication in heterogeneous industrial networks2.The design scheme of high-speed industrial heterogeneous protocol conversion device is proposed.Firstly,taking the Profinet which is typical real-time industrial Ethernet protocol and the IPv6 protocol as examples,an industrial heterogeneous protocol conversion scheme is presented.This scheme retains the industrial feature information of the original network data stream while realizing the frame format conversion of the crossnetwork data stream.At the same time,combined with DPDK technology,the crossnetwork data stream forwarding mechanism and the protocol high-speed conversion optimization processing method are designed to reduce the number of kernel interrupts and memory copies,which ensur the real-time and efficient conversion of heterogeneous network data.3.The high speed industrial heterogeneous protocol conversion device based on DPDK is implemented.Under the high performance data processing framework,the protocol conversion module,data transceiver module,storage queue scheduling optimization module and multi-protocol parallel processing module are developed to realize the high speed conversion between Profinet and IPv6 network protocol.4.The experimental system platform was built to test the functions and performance indexes of the high-speed industrial heterogeneous protocol conversion device,and the test results were analyzed.The test results indicate that the high-speed industrial heterogeneous protocol conversion device based on DPDK can realize the rapid conversion of different industrial network protocols,and meet the communication requirements of low delay between industrial heterogeneous networks.The research work done in this dissertation has certain reference value to promote the interconnection of industrial heterogeneous network. |
