| At present,with the rapid development of Mobile Internet and social we-media,reputation of commercial banks plays an more and more important role for existence and development of commercial banks.In recent years,commercial bank runs occurred a lot due to improper management of bank reputation risk and failure of dealing with negative or even false information in an effective and timely way by local commercial banks,hereof,which indicates that now commercial bank reputation management is still a weak point from both of daily management sense and tools in Chinese commercial banks.Under the new social form,the challenge to commercial bank reputation risk management is increasing,the management approaches and tools must be advancing & adapted.In this essay,BH Bank is selected as commercial bank reputation risk management research object for the new approach conducting and analyzing.DMADV(Define,Measure,Analyze,Design,Verify)method is adopted,The deficiencies in reputation risk management of BH Bank have been identified and corrected according to the reputation risk assessment model;and new reputation management strategy and tool have been established by using the corresponding Internet technology--data crawler,natural language processing(NLP)technology,deep learning algorithm and others.Moreover,A comprehensive Questionnaire was distributed,and analysis result by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 26.0is proved that the tool with the Internet technology can effectively improve the efficiency of bank reputation risk management. |
