| Mixed work calendars is a common phenomenon in China’s manufacturing enterprises.In the context,a new research topic of customizable objectives scheduling for batch production flexible job shop scheduling problem(FJSP)under mixed working calendars is brought up.Aiming at this problem,a networked scheduling method for batch production FJSP with customizable objectives under mixed work calendars was proposed in this thesis.Firstly,considering the constraints of mixed work calendars,customizable objectives and freezing schedule factors of equipments,a customizable objectives scheduling model for batch production FJSP under mixed working calendars was constructed.And a Networked scheduling solution for batch production FJSP with customizable objectives under mixed work calendars was proposed for this model.Secondly,taking SQL Server as the database management system,Visual Studio as the website development platform and algorithm design platform,a networked scheduling system for batch production FJSP with customizable objectives under mixed work calendars was designed.And it was designed through functional planning,database design,programming and other steps.Among them,NSGA II algorithm was used to solve the model.In the algorithm,a two-segment encoding method based on processes and equipments was used to respectively encode the processes and equipments.A two-segment crossover and mutation operator based on processes and equipments was used to implement crossover and mutation operation,in which an improved strategy of genetic operators was applied to ensure feasibility of the progeny individuals.In decoding operation,the principle based on parallel and sequence shift mode,and the time reckoning technology based on each equipment’s calendar were used to calculate the begin and end time of each adjustment and process.Finally,effectiveness of the networked scheduling system was validated by case study. |
