With the development of the global economy,multi-project parallelism has become a normal phenomenon of enterprise development,which requires enterprises to carry out reasonable and effective project scheduling.In project scheduling,resource-constrained project scheduling is one of the most important scheduling problems,that is,through reasonable allocation of various limited resources,to achieve the purpose of reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.At the same time,human resources,as an important resource in R&D enterprise resources,the allocation of resources to tasks in project scheduling is mainly reflected in the scheduling of human resources.Therefore,multi-project parallel human resource management has increasingly become an effective way for R&D companies to rationally allocate various resources and maximize profits.From the perspective of project cost and satisfaction of multi-skilled workers,the second-generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm were used to study the multi-skilled worker allocation problem,and constructed to realize the multi-project total duration and multi-skilled worker A mathematical optimization model with quantitative equilibrium as the goal.This model takes into account the matching between multi-skilled skill sets and project task requirements,and the impact of skill proficiency levels on task time.According to the constraints of the model,a series of heuristic rules are proposed to improve the efficiency of the algorithm.The algorithm is developed by combining the characteristics of the second-generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm to solve the model.Numerical examples verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The dissertation presents the optimal model and model solving algorithm of multi project and multi skilled human resource scheduling based on the second generation non dominated sequencing genetic algorithm,and the conclusion based on constraints and numerical examples.It not only enriches the theory and method system of multi project and multi skilled human resource multi-objective optimization scheduling,but also provides decision support for the enterprise to carry out multi project human resource scheduling.There are 21 pictures,11 tables and 75 references.
