| With the rapid development of smart education and smart office,the market demand of the medium and large capacitive touch screens is increasing.However,its production technology and equipment cannot meet the requirements of low-cost,high-efficiency and high-quality production,so companies cannot cope with market changes.Precision frame glue coating is a key link in the production of medium and large capacitive touch screens,and its coating process,technical parameters and equipment performance have a great impact on production quality and production costs.In order to seize the critical period of industry development,the paper carried out technical transformation of the precision frame glue coating machine of a medium and large capacitive touch screen manufacturer in Yibin City,Sichuan Province,proposed a patrol coating process plan and control system optimization plan.It solves the problems of low raw material utilization rate,complex full-surface coating process,and nozzle clogging that affect the quality and efficiency of the precision seal coater.Therefore,the main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of raw material waste,process complexity,nozzle clogging and low level of automation of the coating machine,considering the working principle,process and technical parameters of the coating machine,a patrol coating process design plan and a control system optimization plan are proposed.(2)In order to meet the needs of the patrol coating process,a precision frame rubber patrol coating mechanism is designed,and for the load-bearing deformation problem of the load-bearing plate,a multi-objective parameter optimization method of the load-bearing plate based on the response surface method is proposed,and the multi-objective parameter optimization models are established with the dimensional parameters respect to quality,deformation and frequency.(3)According to the patrol coating process plan and the control system optimization plan,a Beckhoff industrial computer is proposed as the main controller,and Mitsubishi PLC and Yaskawa control card are the control systems of the slave controllers.In order to meet the requirements of motion and accuracy,solve the problem of low accuracy of the master-slave synchronization of the gantry,the feedback control strategy of the rotating mechanism,the gantry PID cross-coupling control strategy and key control logic are proposed,the communication network is constructed,and the human-computer interaction interface is designed.(4)In order to meet the injection requirements of patrol coating,a servo injection mechanism with adaptive fuzzy PID control is proposed,and a mathematical model of the servo injection system is established.Under the action of step signals and interference,simulation and comparison analysis of servo fluid injection system model of adaptive fuzzy PID,PID and original system PI control.(5)According to the technical requirements of the precision frame glue coating machine,complete the flatness,down force and coating gap measurement of the precision frame rubber patrol coating mechanism;complete the performance test of the rotating mechanism and the gantry at long strokes and multiple speeds;complete the function test of servo injection mechanism and Control system.Verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the technical transformation plan. |
