With the development of the times and the progress of society,as well as the requirements of enterprises and individuals for the use of products,the production level of China’s manufacturing industry is constantly improving.Through the investigation and analysis of production logistics in large-scale production workshop,it is found that the flow of raw materials,semi-finished products and other materials in the workshop accounts for more than 40% of the production cost of the whole workshop.According to the definition of production logistics and the production experience of the actual workshop,the transfer of this part of materials does not produce real benefits.Therefore,how to rationalize the layout of the workshop,reduce the material moving distance and cost,and improve the production efficiency under the limited working area and other related constraints has become an urgent problem for enterprises.In this paper,taking the all steel radial tire production workshop of a tire processing enterprise as an example,firstly,the enterprise background of the tire company was investigated,and the processing technology of the radial tire production workshop and the layout data of material accumulation and flow in the workshop were investigated.Then according to the collected information,the existing problems of the workshop layout are analyzed,including the dispersion of the same functional units,the uneven distribution of storage areas and the unreasonable material flow caused by the unreasonable arrangement of the units.Then,the layout of the existing workshop is preliminarily optimized by using the system layout design(SLP)method combined with the actual data.According to the evaluation of the enterprise’s production management experts,the weight of the relationship between logistics and non logistics is calculated according to the ratio of 2:1,and the best of the obtained layout results is taken as the initial solution of the subsequent algorithm model.In the process of model establishment and algorithm design,firstly,the idealized mathematical model is established based on the basic layout of the workshop,and then the genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are fused.In order to avoid the chance that the individuals with 0 fitness are not selected in the operation process of the selection operator of the genetic algorithm,a selection mode influenced by the individuals with maximum and minimum fitness is set,So that all individuals have a certain opportunity to iterate.The fusion of improved genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm increases the global search ability of the algorithm.Then,the algorithm is implemented in Matlab environment.With the objective of minimizing the material handling cost,the code is written and run under the constraints of the model.The final convergence effect and the result of the objective function are obtained,and the route solution of the workshop layout planning under the result of the optimal objective function is generated.Combined with the actual situation,a new workshop layout is drawn.Compared with the material handling cost under the initial layout,the optimized final objective function is 670800,which is 8.9% lower than the initial material flow cost of736000.Then,using the same input conditions,the iterative effect and the objective function of the single genetic algorithm and the fusion algorithm in the same mathematical model are compared in Matlab environment.Under the same conditions,the model converges when the evolution algebra of genetic algorithm reaches 364 generations,and the objective function is757900.When the evolution algebra reaches 132 generations,the model converges and the objective function is 670800.The advantages of the algorithm in the field of workshop layout are proved,which provides a new idea for other layout problems.
