Since the integration of the global economy, market competition has been intensifying. In order to gain competitive advantages, realize resource sharing, share R&D costs, accelerate new product development, disperse external risks, accelerate talent competition and other reasons, most enterprises naturally or intentionally combine with each other in the process of cooperation and trading,to form a variety of forms of enterprise network related to interests,in order to achieve common goals. However, corporate network does not always bring higher returns, and there are still some problems in its actual operation.Among them, information asymmetry, incomplete contract, imperfect legal system, lack of social institutional environment and other reasons lead to the imbalance of corporate network power allocation, opportunistic free-riding behavior, difficult to be prosecuted for violations, and the distribution of partners’ interests. The trust crisis between enterprises will affect the cooperation between nodes. The emergence of blockchain technology, known as "trust machine",has brought new opportunities.Blockchain can use its technical advantages to avoid the above problems to some extent, and the organizations within the network regain trust and deepen cooperation. How does the application of specific blockchain technology affect the enterprise network trust mechanism? How does the transparency, traceability, and security of information brought about by blockchain applications affect collaborative behavior? How does technological trust in blockchain play into this?Based on the above questions, this paper conducts a study to explore the enterprise network trust mechanism and its impact on cooperative behavior under the background of blockchain. In this paper, relevant researches at home and abroad are firstly reviewed, and in combination with the specific situation of this study, each variable involved in this paper is analyzed and defined respectively, and then hypotheses are proposed and theoretical models are built. Then on this basis combined with the mature scale of previous research results to design a scale suitable for this paper, and collect data; Finally, the hierarchical regression analysis method is used to empirically test the theoretical model and test the robustness of the mediating effect of the model. This topic will focus on:(1)the impact of information transparency, traceability and security on cooperation behavior in the context of blockchain;(2)The mediating role of inter-organizational trust in the influence of information transparency, traceability and security on cooperative behavior;(3)The moderating effect of technological trust in blockchain on information transparency, traceability, security and inter-organizational trust. The results show that the higher transparency, traceability and security of information in the context of blockchain can promote the cooperative behavior among nodes in the enterprise network, and the inter-organizational trust plays a partial intermediary role in this process.Technological trust in blockchain has a positive moderating effect between information transparency, traceability, security and inter-organizational trust. At the end of the paper, relevant suggestions and future prospects are put forward. To a certain extent, this paper has enriched the relevant research on the application of blockchain technology to enterprise networks, helped to find new solutions to network trust and cooperative behavior governance, helped to discover the application advantages of blockchain technology, and provided new ideas for relieving the trust crisis and promoting cooperative behavior in the network.
