| The promotion of interdisciplinarity and encouragement of innovation in science and technology is an important strategy for Chinese S&T development,which is conducive to the mutual development of academic exchanges.The impetus for scientific research advancement is presently powerful.To triumph in the fierce academic rivalry,one must attain excellent scientific research outcomes,the cooperation and exchange among scholars are increasingly strengthened.By utilizing the library and information field approach,this paper investigates the author’s collaboration and theme direction in the Chinese tumor targeted therapy field,pinpointing the primary scientific research team in this area,and employing the pertinent indicators of social network analysis to analyze the results.The core scientific research team’s cooperative qualities,and the effect of this trait on its scientific research output,such as whether the academic accomplishments are more remarkable,and if the core team’s research content can reflect the research direction of the entire subject area,are both factors to consider.In this paper,CNKI is used as the data source,and ’ tumor targeted therapy ’ is used as the subject word for retrieval.In order to ensure the quality of the literature,the source of the journal is screened.At the same time,the retrieval time range is set from2012 to 2021,and the title,author,abstract,keyword and other bibliographic information of the literature are obtained.Combined with manual review and tool cleaning pretreatment,1297 related literatures are finally retained.In this paper,the related documents are collected by the method of document analysis,systematically sort out the content and object of this study,and form the literature review part;using the statistical analysis method,the correlation between the author’s cooperative characteristic index and the scientific research output index is analyzed,and to reveal the effect of the author’s cooperative characteristics on the output of scientific research.By means of Social Network Analysis,the author’s cooperative relations,core research groups and research topics are identified and analyzed in China,and uses Gephi software to construct the author cooperation network diagram for visual display.It is found that the overall cooperation degree of scholars in the field of tumor targeted therapy in China is high,and cooperative research has become a normal state,but most of them are small group cooperation,lacking large and extensive core author cooperation.The explicit cooperation,semi-implicit cooperation and implicit cooperation relations constructed in this paper have been confirmed in the cooperation network.The establishment of the three cooperation relations not only enriches the cooperation mode of scholars in the field of tumor targeted therapy in China,but also identifies the core research teams represented by Zhang Shucai ’s team in this field.From the perspective of cooperation characteristic indicators,the core scientific research team ’s overall cooperation ability is strong,the quality is high,and the degree of cooperation is more significant.From the perspective of scientific research output indicators,the number and quality of scientific research achievements of the core scientific research team are at the forefront,and the output level is high,which proves that the core team ’s academic achievements are more excellent.Through topic modeling,the research topics in the field of tumor targeted cooperative therapy in China are roughly the clinical response of patients with targeted drugs in tumor treatment,and the influence of nanomaterials on targeted drugs and delivery systems.In the two stages of 2012-2016 and 2017-2021,the core research team represented by Zhang Shucai ’s team has a high similarity with the overall research content in this field,which proves that the research content of the core research team can represent the subject field. |
