| With the development of Internet and the rise of social media in Web2.0.,the form of dissemination and exchange of scientific and technological knowledge has been greatly transformed.In addition,at this stage,the number of related literatures has surged,while the existing literature review system is stretched.In addition,the conflict between the emergence of massive literature and readers’ limited reading time is getting worse,and the traditional literature publishing mode is not conducive to resolving the conflict.On the contrary,the publishing paradigm of "once employed,it cannot be changed" further aggravates the phenomenon that "a large number of literature are being innovated step by step,and readers are at a loss",which seriously hinders the function of spreading,sharing and popularizing human knowledge and wisdom carried by literature.Judging from the publication of literature,the division of academic research is getting finer and finer,and the number of manuscripts is huge.However,the matching degree of reviewers is low,Resulting in long audit cycle,low efficiency and easy audit errors.From the life cycle of literature,the volume of literature is huge,but the value density of literature innovation is low,and the increment of literature in the same branch is too small.Moreover,once a document is published,it cannot be changed,and the interaction between readers and the document is obviously insufficient.In addition,from the perspective of economic incentives,the income distribution of intellectual property rights is uneven,and the traditional centralized reward and punishment mechanism has some disadvantages,such as unequal information and insufficient openness and transparency.These problems seriously restrict the academic exchange and development.Considering the technical characteristics of blockchain,such as decentralization and consensus,etc,applying it to the literature platform can solve the above problems well.The main research is as follows:(1)In view of the above-mentioned review link.In this paper,an expert review alliance group and an expert audit alliance group are constructed.Through the improved share authorization certification mechanism,the consensus among the nodes is achieved,and the interest ties between peer reviewers are broken,thus improving the efficiency of peer review.(2)Considering the short life cycle of the above-mentioned documents,this paper puts forward the campaign mechanism of periodical packaging right,and solves the ownership problem of periodical packaging right through bitcoin mining principle,so as to maintain and update the published literature and prolong its life cycle.To some extent,it has alleviated the conflict between flooding the market with massive low-quality papers and readers’ limited reading time.(3)In view of the above-mentioned problem of insufficient economic incentives,This paper proposes a cross-platform comprehensive reward and punishment mechanism based on user rationality.and introduces the game mechanism through the reward and punishment of points,so as to motivate and restrict the platform users and maintain the stable operation of the platform ecology.Based on the basic principle and reality of block chain technology,this paper analyzes the development status and characteristics of literature field,and combines blockchain with literature publication.This paper studies how to apply blockchain technology to literature to solve existing problems from three dimensions: expert review,journal operation,reward and punishment of points.Finally,netlogo simulation model and three-party evolutionary game are used for simulation analysis. |
