With the rapid development of the Internet,the traditional business model has gradually changed to the Internet business model,and various e-commerce platforms have emerged rapidly,with a variety of e-commerce platforms for different users and different products,and online shopping has gradually become an integral part of people’s lives.Selling agricultural products through Internet e-commerce is also a way to increase income for agricultural workers.In this paper,we propose an agricultural products sales system based on group purchase model to improve the price of agricultural products per customer and reduce the overall transportation cost of agricultural products,and we propose a collaborative filtering algorithm based on non-negative matrix decomposition of weights to improve the accuracy of agricultural products recommendation and the stickiness of users to the platform.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The collaborative filtering algorithm based on non-negative matrix decomposition introduces a weight factor combining the mean and variance of user ratings,and adds a regularization term to propose a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on weight non-negative matrix decomposition(WNMF),and gets excellent performance in the experiment.(2)The research on the sales mode of agricultural products proposes to use the mode of community group purchase to sell agricultural products.Under this mode,the agricultural products sold in the same community are distributed uniformly,which reduces the logistics cost and establishes a mode for agricultural products to reach the users directly,which removes the multi-layer intermediaries in the process of traditional agricultural products sales,improves the unit price of agricultural products and reduces the purchase cost of users.(3)Through the analysis of agricultural products e-commerce and traditional agricultural products sales,the front-end uses the Vue progressive framework based on MVVM design pattern.The back-end uses Java-based Spring Boot back-end development framework and My SQL as the database management system to develop a group-buying model-based agricultural products e-commerce sales system.
