In recent years,fine cigarettes,as a typical representative of shaped cigarettes,have been developing up and the sales volume has been increasing year by year,which has become a new opportunity for the tobacco industry to deeply promote the structural reform on the supply side and make the shaped cigarette sorting work of tobacco commercial enterprises face new challenges.At present,most domestic tobacco factories use manual work for sorting shaped cigarettes.Due to the low efficiency and labor intensity of manual sorting,there is an urgent need to develop an efficient and reliable automatic sorting system.With the increasing number of shaped tobacco orders,the common problem in front of tobacco commercial enterprises is how to quickly sort and palletize shaped cigarettes with different specifications,packaging and discrete orders.At present,the distribution of shaped cigarettes in China mainly adopts manual sorting and manual stacking.Based on the general environment of smart logistics advocated by the Tobacco National Bureau,the article researches the optimization problem of picking and palletizing by order when exiting the warehouse for shaped cigarettes.There are some research results about the automatic picking system and palletizing technology for shaped cigarettes at home and abroad,but most of them are at the theoretical level,and there is a lack of in-depth research on the specific application effect,especially for the stacking of multi-size shaped cigarettes with high difficulty.The paper takes real order data as the premise,for the automatic sorting and palletizing process of shaped cigarettes,the research objective is to optimize the sorting sequence and shaped cigarette palletizing logic for different gauge shaped cigarettes,and further plan the shaped cigarette palletizing logic in order to improve the space utilization of cigarette packs and the stability of the palletizing pattern.Firstly,through a field trip and a visit to the F city tobacco logistics distribution center,we understood the general operational flow of the operation,decomposed the operational aspects during its sorting and palletizing operations,identified the main difficulties faced,and provided a basic research basis.Secondly,we analyzed the needs of the tobacco logistics distribution center in terms of packaging for shaped cigarettes based on the characteristics of shaped cigarettes and logistics and transportation methods.Through the historical order research of shaped cigarettes,and then according to the actual shaped cigarette gauge order sales data of F city tobacco logistics distribution center,K-means clustering algorithm was used to cluster the shaped cigarettes according to the size of different gauge shaped cigarettes,and finally the shaped cigarettes were classified into four types,and according to the said classification results,the flue was assigned to the shaped cigarettes to do pre-processing for the subsequent palletizing operation.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the palletizing operation in the F city tobacco distribution center,analyze the problem and propose a solution;considering the large difference in packaging quality between different types of shaped tobacco products,construct a mathematical model of three-dimensional multi-carton box planning with packet constraints,which needs to satisfy certain constraints and reach the minimum value of the objective function;in the process of solving,combine the existing palletizing In the solution process,the existing palletizing strategy is optimized by combining with the existing palletizing strategy of the F City Tobacco Distribution Center,and an improved anthropomorphic heuristic algorithm is designed for the solution strategy.Finally,the feasibility of the optimization was verified by means of example simulations.The optimization of the flue distribution of shaped cigarettes and the optimization of the palletizing strategy of shaped cigarettes were compared and verified using actual shaped cigarette order data,with the number of packs,loading rate,solution time and total volume as the comparison indicators,and the visualization program was used to demonstrate the palletizing effect of shaped cigarettes.The final results show that the optimization of the flue gas distribution of shaped cigarettes improves its loading rate ratio by about 23.5%;meanwhile,the optimization of the palletizing strategy improves its loading rate ratio by about 22%.
