At present,in the field of tourism competitiveness,most of the research on the competitiveness of attractions is limited to industries and cities.There are many tourist attractions in Shanxi Province,but there are few studies on the competitiveness of attractions in Shanxi Province.This paper hopes to study the tourist reviews of 5A and scenic spots in Shanxi Province,use text analysis methods to make a more objective evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of 5A scenic spots in Shanxi Province,and put forward feasible suggestions for improvement of scenic spots.Sorting out the meaning of the competitiveness of scenic spots is the first task before the study begins.At present,most scholars believe that the competitiveness of scenic spots is mainly from three aspects: market share,profit realization and sustainable development.Based on the predecessors,this paper will define the competitiveness of scenic spots as the ability of scenic spots to integrate their own advantageous resources and promote consumers to choose their own.Based on the concept of competitiveness,a new comprehensive evaluation system is built to explain the competitiveness of scenic spots.Based on tourists’ comments,this paper first scores the competitiveness of 11 scenic spots in Shanxi Province by constructing a scenic spot competitiveness evaluation system,obtains the competitiveness of each scenic spot,and analyzes the scenic spot problems according to the results.Then,through the thematic analysis of the tourist review text,the advantages and disadvantages of the scenic spot from the perspective of tourists are obtained,and specific suggestions are put forward on this basis.The competitiveness evaluation system of this paper includes three first-level indicators: scenic spot construction degree,scenic spot evaluation level and scenic spot popularity,and there are twelve basic indicators.In addition to the tourist sentiment value obtained through grammatical analysis of the tourist review text,the rest of the index value comes from data released with digital observation or authoritative data institutes.At the same time,this paper uses objective data as the research object,which can ensure the credibility of the research results to a certain extent.The main work of the paper includes:(1)collecting visitor review data of various attractions through Python crawler code,and cleaning and segmenting them.After the processing is completed,the sentiment analysis software is used to calculate the tourist sentiment value of each 5A-level scenic spot in Shanxi Province.(2)Build a competitiveness evaluation system for 5A-level scenic spots in Shanxi Province,and the calculation dependence of system index weights is combined with the analytic hierarchy method and the entropy weight method combined with the comprehensive weighting method.According to the index weight and standardized data,the competitiveness score of 9 attractions was obtained.And analyze the problems with the attraction based on the results.(3)According to the tourist sentiment value in the evaluation system,the tourist review text is divided into positive comments and negative comments,and the LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)theme model is used to find the advantages and disadvantages of each scenic spot and put forward development suggestions for the scenic spot.The results show that the competitiveness level of 5A-level scenic spots in Shanxi Province varies greatly,and each landscape has its own advantages and many shortcomings that need to be compensated.The scenic area management department can correct some problems,but more problems require the joint assistance of all aspects of society to improve.An analysis of LDA themes found that from a visitor’s perspective,while all landscapes have their own merits,they also have flaws,large or small,and many common problems are universal.Visitors’ attention to scenery tends to focus on similar aspects such as scenery,tickets,and sense of experience,and there are few consistent positive or negative reviews of themBased on the above analysis,it can be concluded that text analysis technology is of great help to the research of tourism.At present,there has been no large-scale research on the competitiveness of scenic spots,and most of the existing studies have been carried out through field research and questionnaire surveys.This paper applies text analysis technology to the competitiveness research of scenic spots,expands the research on tourism,and excavates the application of text analysis technology in more dimensions.The current study has not conducted much research on the competitiveness of 5A-level scenic spots in Shanxi Province.This paper improves this aspect and puts forward suggestions for improving scenic spots to help improve the competitiveness of scenic spots in Shanxi Province.
