In recent years,domestic superconducting circuit processing technology has gradually matured,RF circuit designers have become more experienced in microstrip circuit design,the peripheral vacuum cooling technology of superconducting filters has gradually improved,superconducting filters have gradually shifted from laboratory research to practical applications,and shows a huge market development prospect.In the process of practical application of superconducting filter,a corresponding control system is required.At present,the control system of superconducting filter is mostly developed for the laboratory environment,and usually only supports the driving function of the compressor.However,in practical applications,the control system needs to ensure the temperature control accuracy of the superconducting device under different environmental conditions,and it also needs to have multiple practical functions such as remote control and driving peripheral active radio frequency devices.Therefore,the development of a superconducting filter control system with anti-environment variable interference,high temperature control accuracy,and remote monitoring functions has important practical significance.First of all,this article analyzes the related technology of superconducting filter control system design.Among which,the principle of PID automatic control technology,the adjustment function of PID control parameters in the control process,and the factors that interfere with the temperature control of superconducting filter are discussed.Aiming at the disturbance of temperature control accuracy caused by environmental variables,a PID algorithm with parameter self-tuning function is designed,and PID control parameters are tuned according to the change process of the controlled object in the automatic process.Secondly,this article adds the self-learning PID automatic control algorithm to the system design.This system uses STM32 microprocessor with Cortex-M0 as the core as the core CPU of the embedded controller,and uses RS485-Ethernet module and RS485 bus to form a control network to realize the free networking application of superconducting filtering.Then,the power circuit,SPWM inverter circuit,temperature acquisition circuit,local control panel circuit,radio frequency switch control circuit and other functional circuits in the controller are designed.In the hardware design,the idea of modularization is adopted to analyze the working principle and function of the device,and the circuit diagram of each functional module is designed.In the software design,according to the hardware circuit principle and design function analysis,design the program flow chart of the module.Then,through the research of the STM32 firmware library,combined with the designed hardware module and self-learning PID control algorithm,the controller software was written,and the upper PC client software was written using Python to realize the function of the system design.Finally,the control system was tested,and the comparison test verified that the controller can realize the tuning of PID control parameters,and the response speed and temperature control accuracy of the optimized control process have been improved,which verified the anti-interference ability of the system,the design function of a practical superconducting filter control system is finally realized.
