| For the urgent need to carry out large-scale open collaboration and resource sharing among distributed enterprises in cloud manufacturing environment,from the perspective of promoting the enthusiasm of distributed resource sharing,this paper focuses on the incentive mechanism and evaluation method of resource sharing in distributed environment.In terms of resource sharing incentive mechanism,this paper establishes an evolutionary game model for resource sharing in distributed environment based on evolutionary game theory and analyzes the evolutionary trend in different situations.Through theoretical analysis and simulation experiments,the amount of resources can be shared,resource sharing level,resource utilization capacity,cooperation benefit coefficient,evaluation benefit coefficient,sharing incentive and speculative penalty coefficient play positive roles in promoting the resource sharing,while the shared cost coefficient plays a negative role,direct benefit level has no effect.There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the allocation coefficient of synergy benefit and the stable state of resource sharing evolution.In the research of shared resources evaluation,this paper adopts the subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation model.In the subjective evaluation research,this paper proposes an evaluation structure model,taking analytic hierarchy process(AHP)as the basic evaluation algorithm.In order to solve the inherent defects of AHP,an improved simulated annealing analytic hierarchy process(ISA-AHP)is proposed in this paper.From the perspective of definition,the inherent defects of AHP are abstracted into a nonlinear optimization model,which is optimized by the improved simulated annealing algorithm.Taking the digital information resource as an example,the experimental simulation shows that compared with the comparison algorithms,ISAAHP shows superiority in reducing the consistency deviations and convergence speeds of the judgment matrices.In addition,the weight fluctuations after ISA-AHP optimization are relatively smaller,which achieves the purpose of fully respecting the wishes of the evaluators while optimizing.In the aspect of objective evaluation,this paper determines the weights of evaluation indicators from the perspective of objective evaluation data.In order to realize the dynamic evaluation of resources,this paper introduces a time discount factor and establishes the time weight model to pay different attention to the evaluation data at different time nodes.Aiming to promote the positive development of resource sharing among enterprises,a double-objective evaluation model is established and optimized by multi-objective optimization algorithm based on decomposition.Taking digital information resource as an example,the experimental simulation is compared with several existing representative evaluation algorithms.The results show that the optimization effect of the dynamic double-objective evaluation model established in this paper is more significant to promote the occurrence of resource sharing behavior. |
