| With the rapid development of internet economy in recent years,people order food all over the world through the internet.As food needs to be guaranteed during transport,cold chain logistics has been rapid development,supply and demand have reached an unprecedented height.As the cold chain food prone to deterioration of product characteristics,so the distribution center should not only pay attention to the transport speed of its goods but also ensure the quality and safety of food in transit and during storage.In order to find and solve the problems in the storage system of a cold chain logistics distribution center,this thesis first uses SLP layout optimization method to solve the problems in the layout of cold chain logistics distribution center facilities.Then through Flexsim simulation software to its distribution center optimized layout,equipment,work flow as the modeling basis to build a simulation model.By analyzing the simulation data combined with the observed simulation process of the model state,find out the specific problems in the model.In order to solve the problems existing in the distribution center operation process,the warehouse plan implements the RFID technology,changes the storage strategy,optimizes the staff work assignment and so on optimization plan.After adopting the optimization measures,the model is simulated for the second time,and the conclusion is that the optimization can effectively improve the storage efficiency and optimize the staffing.Finally,the distribution center should constantly update advanced technology and equipment,establish a strong system guarantee,strictly control the quality of goods,introduce professionals,strengthen internal staff communication to ensure continuous optimization to help enterprises get better development in the future. |
