| Project scheduling is an important aspect of project management.However,in the process of project scheduling,due to the interference of uncertain factors,the actual scheduling process and the scheduling plan often deviate,and the scheduling strategy proposed for the deviation is more practical.Therefore,in recent years,the uncertain project scheduling problem has attracted widespread attention.At the beginning of project scheduling,proactive scheduling can be adopted to specify a robust baseline plan for the project.However,in the execution phase,when the scheduling plan cannot be executed as expected,the benchmark plan must be adjusted to achieve the scheduling goal,which is called reactive scheduling.As an important control tool in the process of project execution,reactive scheduling can solve the problem of uncertain resource constrained project reactive scheduling,and has a strong application prospect.Based on the related research of resource-constrained project scheduling problem,this paper studies the single-objective / dual-objective resource-constrained project reactive scheduling problem for the resource uncertainty in project scheduling.This paper first establishes a single-objective uncertain resource-constrained project scheduling problem model,uses a heuristic algorithm based on priority rules to solve the problem model,and compares the optimal solution obtained by the exact algorithm to study the performance of the commonly used priority in combination with the schedule generation mechanism under different influencing factors.Secondly,taking the minimization of the project scheduling period and the minimization of the project scheduling cost as the scheduling objective,the model of the uncertain resource constrained project reactive scheduling problem under the dual objective is established,and the biased random sampling algorithm based on the priority rule is designed to solve the model.The performance of each priority rule under different parameters in the schedule generation mechanism is compared.Finally,a large number of standard calculations in the PSPLIB example library are used for calculation experiments,and the performance of the priority rules under different parameters combined with different schedule generation mechanisms is obtained.For the resource constrained project scheduling problem under resource uncertainty,the reactive scheduling method is introduced to adjust the original scheduling plan,which can reduce the impact of uncertainty disturbance on the project management process to some extent and ensure that the project moves forward along the correct track.Based on the reality of project management,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used priority rules under different schedule generation mechanisms.This research can provide decision support for the uncertain project scheduling management of resource changes. |
