In recent years,with the development of global media integration,comprehensive and in-depth media integration has become an inevitable trend.In accordance with the relevant opinions and requirements of the central and provincial party committees on promoting the integration and development of traditional media and emerging media,Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation is also accelerating the pace of media integration,continuously expanding the field of emerging media,actively seizing the position of public opinion,and giving play to the mainstream media’s guiding role in cyberspace.This article’s research on the construction of the Media Convergence Center is to enable Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation to enter a new stage in media convergence.Media Convergence Center of Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation studied in this article is based on cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing and big data,and establishes a "JSTV Cloud" convergence production platform as a technical support to open up "Newspapers,Networks,Apps,Wechat,TV",etc.Various resources are gathered,analyzed and classified according to the production method of the "central kitchen".From mobile shared production to multi-channel release,the whole process is coordinated and dispatched,and finally build a "multi-source gathering and distribution,Diversified production,multi-channel publishing" Media Convergence Center.This thesis first conducts a survey and analysis of specific needs,especially a detailed comparative analysis of the technical architecture differences between traditional media centers and converged media centers,thereby establishing the design principles and design standards of converged media centers,and then designing financial converged centers on this basis.Secondly,through the establishment of a model to develop media data analysis algorithms,to realize the research and mastery of core technologies such as data aggregation,analysis,and management.This is different from the other media convergence centers of the industry’s existing big data analysis engine service.This paper focuses on the use of Resnet-based The transfer learning image analysis method and the video analysis method based on LSTM and Attention Model hope to better meet the actual use needs of our station and more in line with the characteristics of our own media industry.This is the technical basis of the entire Media Convergence Center and also for the follow-up production work provides powerful data storage.Next,media convergence center is designed in two dimensions: software design and hardware design.At the software level,build the "JSTV Cloud" platform architecture based on the aforementioned self-developed core algorithm research,design business processes,and carry out software deployment of data aggregation,management and other related services;on the hardware side,through program comparison,the final construction of a centralized and unified The command hall is designed to meet the needs of various business forms such as content production,command scheduling,and data presentation through the video and audio signal convergence and presentation subsystem design.Finally,the paper sets up the environment for testing the functions and performance indicators of the entire Media Convergence Center,introduces the test basis,and obtains the final test results,and collects,analyzes,and mobilizes multimedia through media data management services in the Media Convergence Center in practical applications.Production and processing,multi-channel release and control of the spread of the effect have been tested.The Media Convergence Center built through the above work is currently undergoing trial operation in Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation.Judging from the current operation,the system is stable in hardware and reliable in performance;in terms of software,it is easy to use and responds quickly,which can fully satisfy our station’s media integration demands.It embodies the original design intention of the integration and integration of media integration,and reflects the application value of continuous improvement of the communication power,guidance,influence,and credibility of the news and public opinion of the Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation under the situation of in-depth development of media integration.
