The memristor was predicted by Dr.Chua 50 years ago.It wasn’t until 2008 that the theoretical device was actually manufactured in HP laboratory,and starting a wave of memristor research.Memristor is a basic element of nanometer scale,which has the characteristics of memory and nonlinearity.It is suitable for neural networks,nonlinear circuits,digital circuits and other fields.According to the nonlinear characteristics of memristor,this paper combines it with chaotic system to form a complex memristor chaotic system.Because of the complex characteristics of memristor,the device can’t be put into industrial production,and the experimental research is expensive and difficult.Therefore,the design of a memristor chaotic analog circuit is very helpful to study the electrical characteristics and physical feasibility of the system.With the rapid development of information and communication technology,traditional communication methods have been difficult to meet people’s requirements for the performance of secure communication.Therefore,after the discovery of chaotic synchronization,chaotic system secure communication has become a hot research in the field of information security.Memristor chaotic system is more complex and sensitive than traditional chaotic system,and the parameters and initial values of the system are controllable.These characteristics make memristor chaotic system very suitable for information encryption,secure communication and other fields.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The mathematical model and electrical characteristics of memristor are derived and analyzed.Based on this,a memristor chaotic system is given,and its basic properties such as symmetry,dissipation and equilibrium point are analyzed.The chaotic characteristics of the system are proved by means of Poincare map,spectrum and 0-1 test.Finally,based on the bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponent spectrum,the dynamic behaviors of the system such as coexistence bifurcation,multistability and transient fluctuation are explored.(2)Using the modular design idea of analog circuit,a circuit model of cubic nonlinear magnetron memristor is established,and its pinched hysteresis loop is simulated and analyzed to prove the characteristics of memristor.A memristor chaotic circuit is designed based on the memristor.The simulation results verify the numerical results and prove the physical feasibility of the system.(3)A secure communication scheme based on chaotic synchronization is designed.The two synchronization methods are analyzed and compared.Based on the adaptive synchronization method,the chaos masking method is used to control the signal.The simulation results show that the scheme can realize the synchronization between the sender and the receiver,and encrypt and decrypt the information signal.Finally,the scheme is compared with other literatures to verify the superiority of this scheme.Figure 43 Table 3 Reference 79...
