| Driven by new round of industry revolution,the generation of intelligent manufacturing paradigm with digital,network and intelligent characteristics is widely used,leading the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry.However,compared with large enterprises,many small and medium-sized enterprises are still lagging behind or stagnating in their digital development in the transformation period due to their disadvantages as personalized,unstandardized and weak infrastructure in their production and operation processes.The crux of the difficulty for these enterprises to transform and upgrade informatization and intelligence lies in the chaotic information flow,data flow and software-hardware coordination level.Exploring how to drive business flow with information flow and build a digital transformation scheme for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises has important universal application value.Guided by the generation of intelligent manufacturing paradigm,to explore a path suitable for informatization and intelligence of production and operation processes of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper takes S company’s production and operation process as the research object and carries out the following work: Firstly,through field investigation and recording,we analyze the internal information flow situation of S company,combine with the actual difficulties faced by the enterprise such as low communication efficiency,etc.,establish a three-stage progressive improvement scheme with “standardization,informatization and intelligence”,and determine the internal management logic of information flow driving business flow;Secondly,through standardization of operation process,responsibility division and information transmission,we provide basic guarantee for efficient operation of information flow and business flow;on this basis,we sort out S company’s information flow,improve its business process,and quantitatively evaluate the improvement effect.The results show that the optimization of information flow driving business flow has obvious effect.Additionally,to further release the value of enterprise information and solve the serious phenomenon of “empiricism” in S company’s decision-making process,we customize an intelligent scheduling method for its core decision-making link in production and operation process.Based on priority dispatching rule(PDR),we construct PDR tree,use Q-learning algorithm to promote PDR tree evolution,obtain better dispatching rule and realize fast and efficient dispatching strategy solution;Finally,according to S company’s information data structure,complete database structure design,take information processing economic principle as interactive page design guiding ideology,complete production operation information system development,at the same time take production operation information system as main carrier of information flow,complete most management process of S company within system,realize informatization of enterprise operation.The digital transformation method constructed by this study can effectively empower the informatization and intelligent upgrading process of enterprises,improve the adaptability of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new round of industrial upgrading,and the research results have certain reference value for the future construction work of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. |
