| The software industry is a thriving industry in China,and its competition is very fierce.Currently,most enterprises have problems in software project schedule management,such as uncontrollable progress,poor personnel coordination and cooperation,and weak risk management,which has a very unfavorable impact on software development and application.LSD,abbreviated as Lean Software Development,originated from lean production and provides a management philosophy and a set of practical tools for designing software products and services.Applying the theory and tools of LSD to software project schedule management can meet the needs of enterprises to optimize production,improve efficiency,and provide high-quality output,thereby eliminating waste,saving time,and reducing costs.This article provides an overview of LSD theory,introducing its core,principles,methods,and tools,providing a theoretical basis and methodological tools for this study.Then,taking the XM software development project progress management of QT Company as an example,deep interview method was used to interview project members.VSM and 5M1 E methods were used to analyze the problems in project progress,and four issues affecting project progress were summarized: long project cycles,frequent delays,unreasonable project arrangements,waste of manpower and time,frequent demand changes that disrupt development rhythm,and low communication efficiency among project members.Next,use LSD tools to develop optimization plans,including building MVP to shorten project cycles,using Kanban tools to improve project progress management,using User Story to improve demand management,and improving project meeting systems to improve communication efficiency.At the same time,propose implementation guarantees for these four optimization schemes.By strengthening abnormal management and continuous improvement,emphasizing LSD talent cultivation,promoting and cultivating enterprise LSD culture,and emphasizing the convening of iterative review meetings,we provide guarantees for the effective implementation of the optimization plan.Finally,data analysis was conducted based on the User Story records during the implementation of the optimization plan,and it was found that the work output efficiency increased by 38.03% and the delivery cycle accelerated by 60% after the implementation of the optimization plan.From this,it can be seen that the LSD method has a significant optimization effect on software project progress,and it has significant reference significance for the progress management of similar software projects. |
