As a vacuum-solid hybrid digital low-light device,EBAPS has the characteristics of high gain,fast response,and imaging under extremely low illumination,and is currently a research hotspot in the field of low-light night vision.A series of achievements have been made in the theoretical research,device preparation and imaging technology of EBAPS in China,but the performance testing methods for EBAPS devices are not perfect,and there is no effective device performance characterization system,which restricts the performance of the device to a certain extent.promote.Therefore,this paper has carried out in-depth research on the comprehensive performance testing technology of EBAPS,hoping to provide reliable experimental means and technical support for identifying high-quality EBAPS devices.This paper firstly expounds the general situation of the development of digital low-light night vision device and its testing technology.Then,the working principle and performance evaluation method of EBAPS devices are introduced,and the EBAPS comprehensive test system is designed,including the spectral response test subsystem and the imaging performance test subsystem.According to GJB7951-2012 charge-coupled imaging device test standard,the EBAPS spectral response test method is determined,and the EBAPS spectral response test subsystem is designed.Its hardware platform mainly includes adjustable monochromatic light source system and power supply,and the software platform mainly consists of image acquisition,It is composed of four modules: automatic control,parameter setting,data processing and storage,which realizes the automatic test of spectral response of EBAPS in the range of 380~1000nm.Based on the EMVA1288 image sensor test standard,the EBAPS imaging quality evaluation method is determined,and the EBAPS imaging performance test subsystem is designed.Its hardware platform includes an integrating sphere uniform light source system,an irradiance detection device and a power supply.Under the premise of the wide dynamic range automatic adjustment function of light source illumination,the functions of testing the imaging performance parameters of EBAPS devices such as resolution,signal-to-noise ratio,dynamic range and light response non-uniformity are realized.Finally,based on the developed EBAPS comprehensive test system,the performance of EBAPS devices under different high voltages is tested.The test results show that the system has stable test performance and is suitable for evaluating EBAPS comprehensive performance.
