With the increasingly powerful functions of radar,the application scope of radar has gradually expanded from the initial field of war to many fields such as urban security and airport scene management.The short-range surveillance radar is a radar designed to detect short-range targets in environments such as airports,cities and borders.Its main function is to detect,monitor and identify vehicles,pedestrians and low-altitude drones at close range.These radars generally have the characteristics of small size,easy portability and high real-time performance.This paper takes a short-range surveillance radar as the project background,researches and designs a set of short-range radar data processing algorithms based on embedded system.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Researching data processing related algorithms for short-range radars,mainly including track initiation algorithm,filter tracking algorithm and track interconnection algorithm,and carry out simulation comparative analysis to select the algorithm suitable for short-range radar data processing.2.Aiming at the overall architecture and performance indicators of the short-range miniaturized radar system studied in this paper,the key technologies such as interferometer angle measurement,dynamic stereo clutter map and adaptive maneuver model tracking in the short-range radar data processing have been completed.The design and research make the short-range data processing software researched in this paper can achieve the effect of effectively suppressing the short-range environmental clutter interference and forming a good maneuvering tracking for the short-range target.3.In order to meet the needs of miniaturization and real-time processing of the radar system,a ZYNQ-based short-range radar data processing embedded system is designed.Utilize the advantages of ZYNQ software and hardware cooperation to provide an embedded system environment for the realization of data processing software functions.4.According to the short-range radar data processing software requirements,the Qt platform is used in the embedded Linux system to realize the short-range radar data processing software functions.5.Carry out the joint debugging experiment with the whole short-range radar.The function verification of the short-range radar data processing algorithm based on the embedded system designed in this paper is completed by testing the target tracking effect of the radar on the air and on the ground.Finally,it can be seen that the radar can achieve accurate tracking and identification of short-range low-altitude targets and ground targets.
